Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We got an incredible view, a modern, well-equipped and clean apartment. Which, by the way, was also very homey! Our host was very helpful, not only did he send us the beaches in the area, but he even made sure that the grandmother could go there as well. By the way, he also helped arrange an island tour by boat to make this small vacation even more perfect. I can only recommend!

Very specious, modern, new, fully equipped apartment perfectly suitable for family of 4! Very quite and amazing view on the bridge. Private parking space! Which is a lot in a busy Dubrovnik. We left our car there all the time and used uber to go to old town, only 10min ride. Host is most friendly and helpful. Totally recommend and would love to come back

If You don't like spending money on expencive parking in center the bus will take You there in 10 min.Great hosts...polite and comunicative..and place was perfectly clean..We will come back definitly.

GermanyPretty limited kitchenware and towels. No parasol on the terrace, which not so much a problem, as the neighbours are fairly noisy, hence we did not like to spend too much time on the terrace. Its is a plus that we like gardening, because that is what happens under our bedroom window at 6 in the morning and the gardeners evens answer phone calls.
Excellent new building, modern, stylish, all clean and modestly spacious. The wardrobes are very simple, not matching the appearance of the apartment. The location is almost perfect, away from the busy road, still with a bus stop in walking distance and a bus that takes you in 30 minutes directly to the old town. A superb restaurant and a supermarket are just a stone throw away.
