Nothing it suited me perfectly

It was close to everything , the apartment contained everything I needed , The owners were lovely , made me feel very comfortable and very approachable . There was some cold water in the fridge and some yummy fresh grapes . When I left I got a lovely little gift too I’ll come back to stay

Nothing all was good

The location was great, close enough to the palace and all the attractions and the railway, bus and port and yet quite and secure. Lovely host, who showed us the apartment and provided cold water and fruit some from her garden which was delicious. The apartment was small but quite enough room for two the beds were comfortable, lots of room in the bedroom. The bathroom was compact but had the essentials and a washing machine. There was a large fridge and a good sized cooktop, kettle and plenty of plates and cooking utensils. We were invited up for Coffee however as we were just about to step out we decided against going. Also plenty of towels which proved a godsend when we were caught in the rain one afternoon

The property is in an excellent location in a quiet lane only moments to split waterfront and palace. Pets the owner lives upstairs with her husband and is very helpful, kind and accomodating. The unit is well equiped with a full sized fridge, oven, stove and kitchen space. We used the washing machine that is located in the bathroom many times and hung out clothes up to dry outside. The water pressure is good and room sizes great. I would stay here again when in Split.

Everything is brilliant! Very nice flat owner! Owner lives one floor above. A typical home apartament, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning. Near to main points in Split. Best price for conditions of room and also localization.

- It said in the description that a washing machine would be available but we didn’t see one anywhere. Now, we didn’t have the need to do any laundry during our stay, and if we would have asked the host I’m sure she would have helped us.

+ The host was so sweet and made us feel welcomed. She gave us new towels when we needed it and also offered us coffee or tea. + The apartment is located in a calm neighborhood, only a short walk from the palace and Riva which was perfect for us. + It is possible to cook in the apartment, which we never did, however we did appreciate the fact that we could store our water bottles in the fridge.

The apartment was large, clean and close to everything. Our host Pera was very kind and even had us for tea! She is si accommodating and sweet.

Great little apartment 5 mins walk from the main sights in Split and only 10 mins to the bus station which is easy to get to with luggage ect. The main attraction of this apartment tho is Pera and her Husband who are both amazing and really can’t do enough to help you they really make you feel like family members while you are there. Thankyou for looking after us during our stay and for the gifts x

Great location, a few minutes to the old town and 15 minutes to the train station with buses to Trogir, Omis and the airport. Very clean and nice, quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Hosts very helpful and friendly. The hostess offered to leave our luggage after checking out before our evening fly departure. We were very pleased with the stay. I recommend!

Very good location, although finding it with Google maps was a little difficult. Fortunately the host was helpful informing the way. Cozy, nicely decorated and very clean apartment. Excelent for a couple.

Fantastic stay, host was very helpful, showed us around the apartment when arrived. It was very clean and had a brilliant location, couldn’t of asked for a better apartment with perfect location. air con was great never too hot, and super clean. This place is everything you want and not expensive, I will definitely recommend to stay.

Pera was a brilliant host, so friendly and accomodating- She looked after us so well and we are very grateful for that! The room was lovely, very clean and it had everything we needed! We will definitely come back and stay here if we visit Split again It's in a great location and perfect for nipping down to the local beaches and restaurants.

Washing machine was old. There was no natural light in the apartment.

Water electrocuted us due to a faulty boiler. Their solution was to turn off the boiler while showering which left only enough hot water for one shower. When my girlfriend rang to complain some guy just started laughing at her. Told us to wear our rubber sliders while doing dishes to avoid electric shocks. They didn't seem too concerned about this and I'm unsure if they are going to fix it. Don't stay here if you have any heart conditions.
