The parking we were offered was quite a distance from the apartment. However, it gave us an extra opportunity to enjoy walking along the pristine shoreline which we loved.

The location is phenomenal and the entire building has the old world charm that is Primošten. We had everything we needed in the apartment and everything was meticulously clean.

The apartment is not what we hoped and saw on booking, so don’t be misled by the pictures. It is in a dilapidated state, all the furniture is old and worn out, the garden is a mess with clutter everywhere, the ceilings are coming loose, the beds are terrible and there is a musty mold smell trough the whole apartment which was horrible.

The only good thing about this apartment is the sea view, but you are constantly exposed to sewer air

The appartment is on the small side, probably only suitable for 2 people. The bed in the living room is as hard as a board of wood, had to reposition every 15 minutes. But the biggest problem were two cockroaches that crept out of somewhere, we had to move out as I did not feel comfortable. The owner said that had never happened (neither did I see anything like that in the reviews) and proposed to do something about the holes they might have got in, but we were not willing to risk another night there. We were not adequately compensated (only for three nights instead of four).

The seaview and the location are perfect. The bathroom really nice.

Best view in town! A 180 degree view over the Adriatic, in a charming village, full of history and charisma. The apartment is lovely, very authentic and comfortable, with lots of sunlight and in a very tranquil area of the town. The balcony is the perfect spot for relaxing, drinking a glass of wine. Jure, the owner, is more than a host, he is a very interesting person, a great person to talk with about various subjects. A friend for the future in my case. Lucky to have found this place. The real Croatia.

The apartment needs a bit face-lifting/refurbishment, but comfy and cozy. Probably it will be all done for the summer season.

Location is ideal, facing the open sea. Great view, with terrace full of sunshine. Spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen. Recommended even in the calm and tourist-free periods, as March. Possibility for heating was necessary but easily manageable. Great host, thank you Jure.

He is a very good host and helpful. He had good ideas about the restaurants, on the last day he gave a souvenir. The apartman was clean and comfortable. It’s very close to everything. The view is amazing, the sea makes your days more special. I really recommend this apartman.

Occasionally boisterous groups of people walking past after a night out would spoil the peaceful times we would spend each night on the terrace. Obviously no fault of the apartment or owner, but was our only complaint.

Wonderful large and covered terrace with beautiful sea views (not just views of the harbor). Very easy to locate in the Old Town portion of Primošten. Quick access to restaurants via a renovated portion of roadway that follows the water's edge around the harbor portion of the peninsula. It is a smooth surface that is much easier to walk than the cobbled pathways that wind their way through most of Old Town and is well lit for nighttime outings. A dedicated parking space was also offered to us and was included in the rental price. You cannot park in the Old Town, but the space was only a 10 minute walk and we were also offered a shuttle from our parking space to the apartment upon arrival and departure via an electric cart with plenty of room for luggage. Very attentive host who is available to answer questions and very knowledgeable about the region. He gave us very good advice about the best places to buy meat, bread, wine, and groceries. He also told us about some nearby attractions that are "off the radar" but which were the most enjoyable of our entire trip. We very much regretted that we only booked for four nights and our group of six agreed (with the advantage of hindsight) that we should have booked for longer. Next time we will!

Heating did not cover the entire apartment. The door that separated the kitchen from the bedroom was damaged. The host did not answer the call for us to check out.
