All good!

We absolutely loved Dubrovnik and staying with Maja in Apartment Rita. It's just like the pictures and descriptions and has all you need to have a very pleasant and comfy stay. Everything was extremely clean and Maja thought of everything we could need. We additionally scheduled the transport from/to the airport with Maja and she gave us a bit of a tour and took pictures of us on the way. I just can't recommend this place enough! We would all go back if we visit in the future. This accommodation is not directly in Dubrovnik but in a residential area nearby, so we had to take a bus or an Uber to the old town. That being said, it was really quiet and peaceful. Many things are closed on Sunday so I would recommend planning for this in Croatia in general.

The apartment is located on the middle of a hill, accessed by a narrow, short street where two cars cannot pass each other. The locals are very accustomed to this and kindly make way so that we never had any issues with it, even though we were there with a smaller van.

We had a plan to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. The location was a perfect starting point for traveling by car to visit nearby locations or for taking a local bus to visit the center of Dubrovnik. It offers a good resting place to recover from a busy day with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and plenty of space to accommodate our family. The location has all the necessary grocery shops, a bakery, and a butcher within walking distance. There is also a nice restaurant with normal, non-tourist prices if there's no energy left for cooking. There is a quite nice walk along the bay area for taking a pleasant evening stroll. The apartment was just like in the pictures, without any negative surprises. The host was very kind and available when needed. The internet connection in the apartment was very good; I forgot to speed test it, but it would suffice for a remote work location as well. The apartment has a nice view of the sea, and if you position yourself in the right spot, you can enjoy the view. Also, the view of the Franjo Tuđman Bridge in the evening is quite romantic.

The apartment is spacious, exceptionally clean, the owner is very nice. She sent us some useful information about parking in Dubrovnik and gave us great tips for visiting interesting spots nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. It has a nice view of the Dubrovnik bridge. If we come to Dubrovnik again, we'll certainly stay here.

Lovely host, clean, nice apartment with everything you need for staying with family. We came from.a long trip around and ut was nice to wash clothes etc. Good connection to Dubrovnik busstation, oldtown. Nice area, small shop and bakery nearby. Maja gave us good tips and made us feel very welcommed.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. You have everything you need and even more! Great parking just beside the apartment. It felt like home. The owner was very nice and even provided some toys for the kids. They were so happy when they saw that :) She explained all and gave us some great tips too. Thank you again for this wonderful stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment is gorgeous - spotless clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Very calm surrounding of the apartment. Maja with her husband are lovely and communicative and gave us useful tips (including transport possibilities, costs, travel tips etc.). We really appreciate that Maja prepared some toys for our child, which was really nice. It felt like home thanks to so many small details we wouldn’t expect. We would definitely book again. It's a very nice, modern and comfy apartment, all necessarily items are there, from washing machine to dishwasher. This makes the vacation even more relaxing. On arrival the owners were already waiting to welcome us, they are very nice and young people. The apartment was very clean and there is a nice terrace from which you can see the river and the sea. What is also nice, is that there is a bakery on a short walking distance down in the village with a small supermarket right behind it. The city of dubrovnik is a small bus ride away, but there are enough hidden pearls in the area around the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here with our 3 young children, definitely will come back here again in the future.

Very nice Apartment, clean modern, comfortable place for us a family of 5.it has everything you need except no microwave bit it didnt bother us at all. The airconditioning works very well. the place is outside Dubrovnik but reachable by bus less than 20 mins. Bus stop just 5 mins walk. We came with a car and visiting old town with a car is too expensive- Maja, the owner, helped us alot to where to park the car for free and just walk to the old town for 15 mins. ( we saved alot of money for parking:) she‘s very accomadating and helpful - she gave us tips to enjoy Dubrovnik less hassled. Plus bonus- she gave us fresh milk and some fresh veggies.
