Kitchen small but had everything you need

Great location for visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. The apartment has three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The living area and kitchen are small but were ok as there was only three of us. The outlook from the apartment is beautifully. The hosts were amazing. Provided great information about the path to take at the lakes.

There was no hot water for any of the morning showers.

Hostess was very helpful and welcoming. She gave us good advice for visiting the park and a great dinner recommendation.

The apartment was on a family property in a cute village only 15 minutes from Plitvace National park. The host was so lovely and had excellent contact via WhatsApp and met us on arrival to check us in. Recommended a lovely local restaurant within walking distance which we thoroughly enjoyed. Coffee and some tea left for us. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay when visiting the lakes. The garden was beautiful and nice to sit at the outside table for lunch.

The location is perfect for exploring the area of Plitvic lakes and Smoljanac. The host was welcoming and guided us to the area with positive tips for visiting the lakes and for dinner. Property has 2 bathrooms which was great for a family of 7.

The location was excellent, about a ten minute drive to Entrance 1 for Plitvice and a ten minute drive in the other direction to a well sized grocery store. We were on the upper floor of the building (stairs only) but it was easy to get our luggage up the stairs. The unit is well furnished, although the kitchen area is a bit tight. There is one AC unit to cool the entire unit, but the weather was not too hot so it was fine. The host was very accommodating and always responded. It was a good stay.

Exceptionally clean! The whole apartment was very very clean including the cutlery, utensils, pans, etc. The bed linen and duvet cover had a fresh and nice smell. The surrounding area is very relaxing and nice. The kitchen and dining area (although small) looks better than in the photo. Dregena, who works in Plitvice national park, suggested a suitable route for our hike in the park.

Unforgettable place, the owner is always available and very helpful, we were greeted like a family, tasted with local delicacies homemade drinks of the owner :) the hosts produce honey which I recommend to buy because it is extremely delicious, from the terrace a beautiful view of the mountains, the apartment is super-equipped and clean, large just a few minutes from the lakes, the owners' daughter very helpful gave us tips and recommended the best route to the lakes, We recommend to everyone, a couple, a family with children, A barbecue outside, and a family court with delicious grapes. We will definitely be back because even though we travel a lot there are few such places .. EXCEPTIONALLY

We're really happy of our stay at Apartment Rosandić. You can't ask for more: excellent position for visiting Plitvice National Park, absolutely friendly and familiar hospitality. Rosandic family is the perfect host, a lot of attention to their house and garden, special help for tourists that are visiting this special part of Croatia. The apartment was simply perfect and no words for the garden and barbecue time at sunset!

The location of the apartment was perfect. Our hosts live on site and we’re there to meet us. She also gave us great tips for exploring the park and for meals. My kids were very happy to play in the yard - the whole place is very relaxing. I wish we’d stayed longer!

No elevator to the first floor though steps are gentle. Not connected by public transport.

Lovely location if you drive. Beautiful natural surrounding. Well equipped and spacious rooms. Friendly and knowledgeable hostess. Parking space. Overall exceptional value for money for city folks on a self drive holiday. 10 minute drive to to Plitvice Park entrance.
