Loved the place - in the heart of old town and pretty easy to find. Apartment itself was very nice and the 3 floors made it feel extra spacious. It was close to some bars which is perfect for some - little bit noisy perhaps but didn’t stop us getting sleep. Loved it

The central location. The vibe of the house is so welcoming. It is well maintained property from the host.

The location is the best part. You are within the reach and proximity of public transport, 5 mins walking distance to Riva. The only drawback is the loud music from the bar next door. It runs until 1:00 to 2:00 am. So go with some earplugs for noise reduction.

The only problem with this accomodation is the noise from the bar next door that goes on until 2 and 3 am, thumping house music wasn't condusive to a good nights sleep

The apartment is next to a bar, so the ground floor is quite noisy between the music and the people talking. You don't hear much from the bedrooms though, so I had no issues sleeping (I always wear ear plugs when traveling).

You can't beat the location. Right in the old town, near everything (10mn walk to the bus station). The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Tina was very nice and gave me great recommendations. I also really appreciated that despite giving her my early arrival time on the day, she had the apartment ready before check-in time and allowed me in.

Only one problem. Super super noisy at night as you are right in the middle of everything. Just bring good earplugs and you’re fine.

Apartment was in a great location. Very close to the center of Old Town Split. Many restaurants and bars right outside. Easy walk to the beach and Marina to catch our boat trips. Apartment was very clean and nice for me and my family. Host was great and worked with us for an early check in because we had an early morning flight into Split. This was not an issue for us but I do want to mention that there are some bars/restaurants right outside the apartment and it can be loud late into the night. This is something I noticed but did NOT disturb me or my families sleep at all....Just a WARNING for those that may not like that.

It was a little loud at night, but quieted down at midnight.

The location was perfect. I could walk to everything including tours, the port, the bus/train station, and so many bars and restaurants. Tina was a great host with attention to details and awesome communication.

The backpackers club right outside the door did not bother us, but some people might find the noise a problem. It stopped at midnight.

Wonderful, charming and lovingly cared for family home. Many extra details such as embroidered pillow cases! The location is right in the middle of old town and near the sea. The owner’s daughter came to walk us to the apartment.

At times, it can be loud due to the bars along the street. I'm sure at the height of the season it may be louder. You don't hear it so much on the upper levels, with windows and doors closed.

Very kind owner, comfortable and clean apartment in the heart of the Split. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the atmosphere of this beautiful city.The apartment is on three levels and has two toilets. We felt very good and comfortable there. Little sleep due to noisy bars next door. specialise in back packers bars so lots of students. music stopped around 2am then road sweepers started at 7:30am. steep staircases so not good for children and creaking floors due to age of property. such a shame this lovely location was spoilt by inconsiderate bars next door and with it being a cut through, lots of people walking through the street all hours.

Host lovely and very helpful. we’ll equipped although a toaster would have been handy. very clean. central location in old town.

Unfortunately, there is a youth hostel with a very loud, thumping music system directly opposite. The music did end at midnight both nights we were there and guests started to leave 15 to 20 mins later, but the alley got very crowded with revellers - some of them sitting on our doorstep and singing away heartily. Even with the windows and doors closed, we felt we were very definitely part of the party - great if you are a youngster, but we had left the UK at 2am and wanted some sleep! I suggest you eat late and come back late and then it won't bother you. After about 12.15 it was very peaceful.

Lovely little house in the heart of the old town with all amenities. We had to park some distance away, but once installed, it was good to be close to the main sites. The property is situated in one of the atmospheric narrow alleys. It was clean and had everything we needed and the hostess was very helpful, even going so far as to make sure we were returned some clothing we had left behind.

There was a pub right next door to our apartment so you could hear the music and people partying until 12am. Also the apartment was a little dusty.

The apartment was located in Old Town. The owner was very welcoming. Everything needed was there (for cooking, doing laundry, etc).

The commodity of been close to everything. The place itself, and all The accommodation that come with it. Will definitely come back again. And recommend it to anyone that comes to split with friends or/and family.
