Three flights of stairs is a lot to carry your baggage up (not recommended for those with difficulties with steps), wifi didn’t work in the bedrooms and we were advised there’s nothing to be done about that

The sea views from the balcony, the cleanliness, the location in terms of walking to different places, very friendly host

Only two minor issues We were on the ground floor, so unfortunately didn't have a view from the terrace. There is a steep climb to reach the apartment, that could have been made clearer in the advert.

Lovely spacious apartment, such a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Very clean had everything we needed. Only a 10 minute walk down to the town. We would definitely love to come back! The hosts we met on arrival and departure were really nice.

Excellent location. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom- perfect space for 5 people, wonderful roof terrace with a great view for breakfast or dinners. Close to best beaches including president and amfora. Close to walk to harbour and host Ana was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Hvar

The AC was only in the hall and when it is 35° outside we found it hard to cool the rooms down. The pictures were also a little different to the apartment. We were expecting a living room area when there wasn’t one. 2 of the showers were also hand held with no wall attachments

It was a good location, the beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive.

The bed was the biggest downfall of the stay, the bathroom facilities weren't great, and there wasn't the same level of attentiveness as we've received during other stays The bed was made up of two single beds pushed together which wouldn't normally be an issue but they kept separating. One of us ended up sleeping in 'the void' every night. The undersheet on the mattress(es) didn't fit properly and kept lifting off. So we usually work up either tangled in it, or it was all bunched up under us. Even without these issues, the bed was just plain uncomfortable. The mattresses and pillows were far too soft. It was like trying to sleep while being eaten by a marshmallow. For the bathroom, while everything worked fine, it was all just a little bit wrong. The toilet seat was not fitted properly so the seat moved around while you were on it and the lid kept falling off. The sink still drained when plugged. The shower's pressure was okay but getting a comfortable temperature was more than a bit fiddly with one tap containing water boiled by the fires of the sixth circle of hell, and the other containing shards of ice from the ninth. This was even more of a problem as well because with the enclosure being so small, you sometimes bump a hip or elbow off one of them and either scald or freeze yourself. Lastly we just found that the host simply wasn't as attentive as we've come to expect, following our experiences in other stays. While very friendly and polite, Ana did not show much interest in our comfort. This was my second visit to Croatia and the fifth property I've stayed in while there. Everywhere else we'd been, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a glass of beer or some homemade treats on arrival, little pouches of dried lavender, different liqueurs and sherry to try, or even just going through a town map to let us know where the nice spots to visit are and how long it would take to get there.

The apartment overall was clean/comfortable, well situated, and a nice size. Dispite the issues with the bed. The apartment itself was quite comfortable. On the small side, but perfect for just the two of us. It had a functional kitchenette with a table and chairs, and a nice patio outside. It was lovely to sit out with our coffee in the morning. Being on the ground floor, we didn't have much of a view but I'd bet from the higher floors, the views of the sea and other islands would have been spectacular. The apartment was tidy and there was plenty of storage space provided. The location was very good. We were a quick walk from the supermarket, and very close to a number of beaches. About 15 minutes walking brought us to the centre of the town square. Walking back was more of an issue as there were quite a few steep hills and steps on the way back up, but you could also get a taxi from the town center to the apartment for a reasonable price if needed. There were lots of other apartments around us but we never had any noise issues, you could hear a pin drop at night. The apartment also had user-friendly facilities such as air conditioning, a stove/oven, and a TV in the bedroom
