There is an air con unit in the main living area but not the bedrooms.

We stayed here as a big group for love international festival and booked the whole place. The apartments are fantastic, very modern and well equipped. The location is amazing only 5 mins walk up the hill to the entrance for the festival site. The owners live in an apartment on the bottom floor and there is a communal area with a big table outside around the back that can be used. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Close to the Garden but far away from grocery stores.

What an amazing stay! The apartment is in a family building. The host family lives on ground floor. So, someone was always there. Still, you get your own apartment with the key and stay independently and they never bothered us. I also have never felt like I was invading their space or I needed to do something to satisfy their need at all. 1) Believe me when I say it was immaculately cleaned. 2) building is solid with good windows and sound proofing. 3) kitchen, hot water, electricity, AC... everything was working perfectly. 4) There was BBQ area the guests are welcome to use, too. And above all, the host families are just so amazing. Mara, grandma, who speaks German was always upbeat and with happy energy. By the time our stay was over, we actually wanted to come back to see her again. Crazy. 😂 There are other family members who speak fluent English, too and they really welcomed us. We loved our home away home....

The stay at apartments Bilanovic was great, with a prime location and good facilities. The highlight was our lovely host who generously offered to cook us breakfast on the second day of our stay. Overall I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking to explore the surrounding area or visit the nearby festival site, which is only a 5 min walk away.

The apartment is modern and everything is of high quality. It is all proper, clean, and shiny, maintained by a very friendly and admirable host. She invited us for a home-made meal and a nice drink. This was highly appreciated, together making it to an extraordinary stay.

Outstanding hospitality. Probably the kindest hosts I ever had and I travelled pretty much. Mate and his mother made our stay so comfortable and even baked a tasty meat pie for us. Couldn’t ask for more. Location is also perfect for us who were visiting festival in Garden resort.

Unfortunately what ruined it for us was the host. We were constantly shouted at in a language we couldn’t understand and even after explaining we still were shouted out! You have zero privacy staying here. The host constantly was looking in through our balcony to check if we had the door open and the air con on. The air con wasn’t great either and meant it was very warm in the apartment. The host is very invasive and you never feel like you can settle. We had friends stop by on the way to the beach and were shouted at by the host who is constant sat outside monitoring everyone coming in and out. Also, the host leaves her apartment door open near the entrance to the apartment blocks so that she can see people coming in and out. However this also causes issues because there was a young child staying with the host/the hosts family and the child was crying/screaming and was just very loud. Because their door was constantly open, this meant you could hear the screaming and crying constantly and you could just never get any rest.

Property is close to the garden resort which is ideal and it has parking space.

The beds didn’t have any proper bedding, there were no bottom sheets and a small thin sheet for a cover. The hosts were rude, and did not give us any privacy as they repeatedly banged on the front doors and entered the apartments without asking when people were trying to shower/change etc. The main host would shout something at us every time we walked past, and if we asked her for any help she would be abrupt and not very helpful. we would not return mainly for this reason.

The location of the property was great, we were in between the garden resort and the town. it was easy to get to the local amenities. The property was fairly clean, bar a few dirty plates and cups, and the balconies were sun facing which was nice.
