Bathtub a bit worn out but we didn't need it. The lock on the door was old and the door was difficult to get locked.

View from the balcony was beautiful! Apartment had all we needed and more. Even a washing machine and detergent! Enough room for 4-5 people to sleep. Location is good but heavy to climb up in the heat... Host was helpful and we were lucky to get early check in.

There is no lift and since I have a leg injury climbing 76 steps was very hard. Car parking was impossible....but I got lucky later but that needs to be highlighted I don't need to park miles away and walk up steep hills. As well it is not 700 m from the city. more like double that

the stairs were a bit of a problem but after the first day we walked to town but alway took a taxi back to the apartment 8 euro.

we loved this apartment and we sleep so well as the bed was super comfortable and it had a beautiful view of old town Dubrovnik . the owner was very nice and she even checked it with us to see if we needed more towels or anything.

To little hot water in the shower, it suddenly went cold. Had to turn it off and on.

No information at all about getting into the property on arrival. We were told someone would meet us. No one came. The number we called was never answered. We ended up having to phone Booking.com in London, who then had to phone the management company, to find out that the keys were hidden. It might have been easier just to tell us that in the first place! Despite being clean, the property was a little run down - repairs needing doing here and there (like sockets coming out of walls, a cracked window etc.

Amazing views. Comfortable apartment. Nice to have an outdoor area as well as the balconies. Twenty minute walk into Old Dubrovnik and close to a 'beach' where you could swim.

It was a little far from the old town so if you do not enjoy walking, I recommend to buy tickets for public transportation.

The apartment was amazing with a beautiful view from the balcony. It was excellent for 3 guests. There is a local store right there with good prices if you want something for breakfast. The bus station is close to the location.

It really needs a renovation!!! especially the kitchen which was dirty and in advanced degradation state and the bedrooms with old broken furniture. In one of them the flooring was practically sinking in some areas.

Old town was within walking distance, around 20 min. The apartment was spaceous and it had a great view with the sea and old town. We managed to find free parking place in the area.

The high temperatures 30-35 degree Celsius in July and August might make me think again about holidaying in Europe during these months.

The view of the Adriatic sea from the balcony was amazing as well as the view down to the walled city of Dubrovnik, it was a 10 minute walk down to the city, uphill on the way back. There is a convenience store right next door for essentials like fresh bread, milk etc. run by a very nice friendly lady. There is a basketball court to keep teenagers happy. The apartment was very spacious and well kept, everything was as described in the booking, it is a bit hilly and there are a lot of steps up and down for the nearest swimming spots, hard going especially when it's 32 degrees Celsius, would highly recommend.

There were just a lot of stairs to climb each time to get to the beach and the old town.

The only downside to the stay was the boiler stopped working during our last 2 days so it was cold showers for us!

The apartment was nice and spacious and clean. The sea views were amazing from the balcony looking out over Lokrum and over the Old Town of Dubrovnik. There were a lot of steps to reach the apartment but this was to be expected due to the elevated position of the apartment. The nearest supermarket was only 10 mins walk away.

We arrived late and hungry Some information on shops /eateries accessible by foot would have been useful.

The apartment was lovely and as described. we felt welcomed by texts We asked for additional sheets and these arrived as agreed. There was a lovely welcoming bottle of wine.

Ants, if you leave some food on the counter - so don't and you'll be good! :) Also as mentioned in reviews before the other bedroom with the sofa doesn't have a window but it wasn't a problem since I didn't come to Dubrovnik to spend time in my bedroom. It does have a small air vent though, so you won't feel like you're suffocating or something;)

Great apartment with everything you need - the best part was the balcony with the views. The place was clean, nicely furnished and it even has a gym - 222 steps to reach it :D

Well decorated house with a wonderful view. The position of the table overlooking Dubrovnik was amazing. Also a spot on view to the island in front. Apartment with good kitchenette.
