The apartment was huge and the kitchen in it was equipped with all sorts of utilities, which was very useful for preparing meals. The bathroom had a tub, which is rare to see because nowadays people prefer to instal showers. Outside of the apartment we had a small terace where we chilled in the evenings.

If you go there for first time It's a bit hard to find. Just look for the signs. Seaside and the city really hard to reach by walk. Make sure you have your car ready and also for the hills and curbes.

The hosting service was great! Marko made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were okay, and we appreciated the sea view. Also the big BBQ terrace was a bonus to hang out. Clean and tidy. Overall it was a very good place.

Booking.com charged us taxes for the stay, but the owner also charged us again, but he showed us on his profile on booking that they were not paid, hidden costs. Cant pay in card, no receipt. The bathroom window was open when we came so there were a lot of mosquitoes inside.

The bed and pillows are very good.

Apartment was not nice. Wasn't clean. Apartment and facilities need to be repaired. Apartment is not located in Opatia, but in Lovran and is far from seafront.

Not really sure what to tell since I don't know if this situations can be avoided. There was 6 hornets when we arrived in the apartment afternoon, and it was pretty scary since we didn't know if we are alergic or not. Owner did came in 2 hours and got rid of them all but obviousy there were a lot of them outside and they were still coming in over night since bathroom window cannot be closed in full. Also, that means you can’t stay outside at night or have windows opened. Again, owner was supportive and did all he could, but if you are alergic, I don't recommend to stay there. Everything else was ok with the apartment, we stayed only one night and don't have complaints for anything else, but since it was not comfortable sleeping and hearing them buzzing, it wasn’t great experience.

The hotel was located quite far up on the hill, so if you do not have a car and want to go uphill back to the hotel from the beach by foot it can get very physically demanding.

We had a normal sized a appartment with a bedroom, bathroom and private kitchen space. There was a shared terrace with a beautiful view to the sea and the cities around the bay. There is also a private parking space. The host was very friendly and helpful, he awaited us and showed us everything, even though we arrived quite late. At the morning before we left the host gave us small presents, which was very nice of him.

A very kind host, speaks multi languages , helpful , good advice. An apartment has a marvelous terrace to eat outside with a riviera view , birds singing and feel so cozy . Comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, Washing machine, parking at 50 meters . Air conditioner. We will be back and recommend. We had a wonderful stay , thank you Marco.

Without car it is quite a walk up hill or an extra ride by bus.
