AC was in the kitchen and was not very convenient at night. No ACs in the bedrooms. A little far from the centre.

A little far from the center if you have to walk

The accommodation was perfect! The studio is part of a beautiful, well-insulated building. There is free parking in front. The room is large and clean, and the little kitchen space was enough to be able to stay for a few nights. A great stay!

Everything was fine but AC was quite far away from the bedroom so it was quite warm during the night. It’s also a bit far from the city centre, too far to walk but you can order uber.

It’s a really good place to stay, good value for money and quite big apartment with all appliances and a balcony/terrace.

The fact there is a petrol station just across the building is sometime annoying and partly causing noise of trucks/heavy vehicles, anyhow still within the index of acceptability. The location is not too central (Zadar old city is some 2,6 Km away, however still at walking distance in my case). Alternatively the Bus line no. 7 will regularly transport to the centre (and back) in about 10 minutes (bus stop is straightly nearby).

Very comfortable venue and hospitable host. Convenient ratio quality/price absolutely fulfilled. All available services and facilities inside the room and within the striucture (independent entrance, clean room, spacious bathroom, strong wifi conncetion inside the premises, efficient air conditioning, total privacy, plenty of free parking lots, fridge in the room, private balcony for relaxing). Quite adjacent to the building there is a stylish Cafeteria with outdoor terrace (open all day long) offering home-made cakes and tiramisu/panna cotta pots (perfect location for breakfast and for evening chill-out). A large Supermarket is located in the direct proximity (some 500 meters downwards along the main road to the Zadar centre).

The location is near to the city centre, taking the bus or walking you can reach the farthest point.The room was very clean with air conditioning. There is a Tv in the room, fridge , kettle,wardrobe, drawer plates ,mugs, cuttlery. The bathroom with all amenities you need: shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, towels, toilet paper. It was more than I expected. Goran is very helpful and good owner I have met. Many thanks!

We rented a studio with a kitchenette/balcony. The apartment was super clean, the owner very very friendly and had some nice recommendations for our visit. The only downside is how far it is from the center - it’s walkable but because it’s uphill it’s harder. there is a bus stop right by the accommodation but we found them to be slightly unreliable… overall an amazing stay worth the money!

If I had to say something, I would say it would not be a completely suitable place if you don't have your own vehicle, but if that's not the case, do not hesitate.

One of the best accomodations we stayed in Croatia. Very big apartment, very clean, with a lot of facilities, and very confortable. Everything was just perfect. Staff was very nice. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location was far from the city centre if you don't have a car, but there is a bus line nearby. We haven't tried that tho. There are taxis to rely on for a reasonable price, it was 80 kunas for 6 persons per drive.

The host is very kind and patient. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Nothing fancy but comfortable. There is a table and chairs outside, at the other side of the street there is a rotisserie chicken place. Cafe, gas station, supermarket is close by.

Much too hot, airco only in the kitchen/ did not work well with a lot of noise, outdated furniture, construction work next to the building.

The owner banging on my door at 2am knowing that I had to be up for my flight home at 5.30 am! And just before that spending the previous hour banging about in the unoccupied room next door !!
