Beautiful traditional apartment, in a quiet leafy neighbourhood, very easy access to the city tourist area, 5-10 minute walk away. Very good value. Our host was very welcoming, and made us feel at home. We loved this apartment, and would stay again next time we are in Split. Thank you!

Parking means you don't have to scour the city for your own parking space and pay for it. There was no parking as advertised As the bar that holds the shower curtain was failing, obviously for some time, combined with the fact that there was no holder for the shower nozzle I had the opportunity to rinse the toilet paper and bath towel prior to using them, which took my mind off the lake that had formed on the floor. Seriously, fix your shower curtain bar dude. Also I was preoccupied with the lack of parking, so when the host made change for what I paid him (cash only), I did not notice till he had left that the 12Euro I should have recieved was only 7Euro But I got no receipt so whatever. Also the photos online looked better than reality. The more that a place shows the local attractions in the photos the more They don't want you to see the actual space. It was a bit of a dive for the money. But to be fair to the host, the place was fairly clean and the location was actually fabulous, as you just rolled down the hill a few blocks and you were in the magical palace.

Very tired, old facilities, joint entrance with another apartment which was very loud when they came in. Bathroom moldy and very old. Very loud road with cars/bikes revving up and down playing music and single pane glass so woken up constantly.

Easy to walk to split town and find. Check I'm was easy as older lady was there waiting for us.

Super friendly host. Worked with me to find free street parking. The apartment itself is a big one bedroom apt. with a small kitchen and a laundry machine. Quiet, yet close to the center. Great value.

When I go to a hostel/apartment I basically look for two things: sleep and hot water for a shower. Well, in this place I found none. The apartment is next door to owner’s. The owner spent all night doing something unguessable (one of them was randomly using water) and quite loud so we almost could not sleep. People were ringing the bell at late hours in night and the owner was not opening so they started to yell. Also he was constantly going in and out, hence making noise with the doors all night long. The morning after when trying to shower there was no hot water. Also parking is “available” if there’s free spots, if you’re unlucky you’d need to park far away. Lastly, you cannot pay with card so be ready to pay with cash
