This property was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The complimentary bottle of water in the fridge was a lovely touch when we arrived. Great location and the staff were fantastic. Sound proof room blocks out the street noise so sleeping was not interrupted. 5 Star 🌟

This is not at fault of the owners, but the flat is right near the church and you hear the bells every hour. Since it's also very centralized, you can definitely hear noise during the night from the people in the streets. This is not particularly problematic for most people, but can be for some. There's also no washing machine (but there's a laundry shop nearby).

The flat was very comfortable, had all the necessary appliances, everything worked fantastically. The staff were friendly and explained everything. The location is also nice, very central. The coffee every morning is also a great touch.

I would have preferred to pay by card. (It would be better to tell customers in advance that card is not accepted). It was a bit complicated finding the place -- you need wifi to get instructions about meeting the owner. The coffee maker didnt work on the last day.

There were one thing that I would like to point out in particular that was possibly only personal to me. The pillow were very high ( lots of volume ) I should have brought my own pillow maybe? I am sure I am the only one who has mentioned this but a good nights sleep is important to me. Thanks

The property was in an excellent position in the city. The flat was fabulous! We loved all the attention to detail. Tea, coffee, washing up liquid! Extra pillows too! Clean, cute and inviting!

Didn't like the 3 flights of stairs.

The team at the apartment responded quickly to our messages before arrival and arranged transfers to and from the airport. Helped with our suitcases and arranged a late check out. Great stay in a very nice apartment in great location.

Can't really think of anything we didn't like to be honest with you. Good experience all round.

Location was literally perfect ...right in the middle of the Old Town just off the main street. Perfect location for restaurants, bars and shopping. Air conditioning was amazing after a day in the sun 🤣🙏 Very clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. Also enjoyed the smart TV for use of Netflix and YouTube after a long day exploring. Sara the host was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area.

No lift! Our room was on the fourth floor and it was a bit difficult with luggage etc. Also, we chose the room with the bi- fold doors but actually it was a hassle to open them up as a heavy chair & side table needed moving every time and the space was very tight! Maybe the layout could be rethought to allow for easier access to open & close the doors? Otherwise a pretty perfect choice. Thankyou 🙂

Gorgeous apartment, clean with good facilities- we especially found the fridge and kettle helpful! Good apartment right in the centre of old town Zadar. Mario went above and beyond to help us have the most comfortable stay- an absolute gentleman & asset to the family business!

The TV did not work properly but everything else was great.

Property was exactly like the photos. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was central and the staff were very helpful for a last minute booking.
