We were here last year already, and we can't say anything other than that this accommodation is perfect in every aspect. Matej, our host, is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had, polite, accommodating, and absolutely great. We feel welcome here, like at home. The location of the place is excellent too: quiet, away from Cavtat town, yet central enough that you can easily reach the old town in just a few minutes. When we return to Cavtat, we will book with Matej and his family again (and again)! Thank you so much for everything!

The only down side was there wasn’t a view of the sea from our apartment, but that’s being very picky for the price we paid.

On arrival Mateji decorated the room as it was my boyfriends birthday, which was amazing ! The room was very clean, tidy and modern. The host Matej was very helpful and friendly. He kept in touch through out our stay, offering advice on places to go. Matej also picked us up from the airport and dropped us back at the airport, he was amazingly helpful !! We would definitely visit and stay here again !

Exceptional, well equipped, spotless clean, super gorgeous apartment. It exceeded our expectations. The host was great, he helped us with the luggage, he expected us with some goodies, and he guided us to the best beaches. I can recommend it to everyone.

Super clean, lovely, spacious and comfortable. With everything you need. Balcony with a nice view. The hosts were super kind and caring and very responsive to any requests. Matej kindly offered to pick me up in Dubrovnik and dropped me off at the airport at the end of my stay. Very quiet. Grocery store nearby. 30 min walk to Cavtat or 5 euro uber ride.

This accommodation is simply awesome. The owner is greatly helpful and willing, he took us to the apartment from the airport upon arrival and also at the end of our stay back to the airport. Nice communication both before and during the stay. The apartment is newly furnished and cosy, the small kitchen contains all the things you might need. There is also a nice balcony with a view of the (quiet) street. Everything was clean and prepared for us. The air conditioning is working good and the apartment was nicely cooled upon arrival. Free cold drinks were also available in the fridge upon our arrival, a very nice attention from the owner! The TV on the apartment is smart and has internet connection, so you can watch Netflix on the evenings. The place is not located directly by the sea, but you can reach nearby Cavtat and other nearby villages on a coast in a really short time by car, you can take a bus (it runs every 30 to 60 minutes all the time, the stop is 3 minutes from the apartment), and you can also simply walk to Cavtat (approx. 20 minutes). In our case, we didn't have a car, and it was without any problem at all.

Apartment was really clean, facilitates were modern and in general the place and host were super nice. Especially the bathroom was nice with big shower. Kitchen had all the things needed to make breakfast, lunch etc. Walking downhill to Cavtat was fairly easy and the busses were practical in terms of schedules and getting back up to the hill to Zvekovica. Pemo market near the apartment was also good considering the size of the store and made cooking at the apartment easy.

Fantastic apartment, modern & spotlessly clean, great views & in a peaceful location. Great host, friendly & welcoming. Kindly picked me up & dropped me back to the airport. Always happy to help with anything without being obtrusive. Highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Everything was perfect no complaints what so ever.

. Our stay at the marina apartments was brilliant. Matty the owner and his family couldn't do enough for us.They made us feel very welcome. The beds was so comfy, the apartment was beautiful very modern., the apartment is only 5 mins from the airport. Cavtat is 6 min bus ride, the bus stop is at the bottom of the road.i would highly recommend the apartment.

Very pleased with the apartment. Spotless clean (big plus), modern, good facilities. Nice design. The host met us with welcoming drinks. In the fridge were also some fruits. Good place to stay if you want to visit Cavtat (and Dubrovnik) and the Pasjaca beach.

Our stay was great :). The apartament has comfortable beds and a big balony with a fantastic view for evening relax. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms and equipment are very clean. Towels and sheets were changed frequently.
