Very comfortable and clean. Loved having a balcony. Host communicated efficiently. Was helpful to have an electric kettle for a cuppa instant coffee on the balcony in the morning in addition to the fridge.

The only negative thing for us was that the freezer was a little tricky, sometimes it was not functioning and we couldn’t understand why.

The location of this place was perfect, parking right in front and very close to so many beautiful beaches. You could tell the owner spent a lot of time cleaning and making the room perfect. He was also very kind with us. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and having the little balcony was such a bonus. The drying rack was perfect for all of our beach stuff.

I would have liked the curtains to be thicker so that in the morning the sun does not enter the face directly to the bed.

Location is a bit remoted from the beach and center of the town (15-20 min by walk).

The room is very cozy, very clean, the bathroom is quite spacious, with a cute little balcony. It was a pleasant stay ☺️ Free parking slot is right next to the building.

We have stayed for three nights in double room with balcony (without kitchen), on the second floor of the house. The room was quite easy, but perfectly clean and good equiped - there was everything you need. Kettle for hot water and basic dishes was nice surprise, we could prepare morning drink and some easy breakfast at the place. There was perfect wifi connection too. Matosevic house is in 20 mins walking distance from nearest beach and 25 min from city centre of Rovinj, which is unbelievably nice and charming old town full of perfect views, artistic shops and nice caffes and restaurants.

Very good accomodation in location near to beaches Monte Mulini which is on of the best beach in the town. Great communication with manager and space for our car! Highly recommended!

- Sound insulation wasn't the best next to the window as some guests in the opposite property were chatting until early morning (around 1am) so I suppose it's not the best accomodation if you are a light and early sleeper - You aren't allowed to cook inside the room, but can have refrigerated food as they provide plates and utensils - Some guests staying downstairs were smoking a lot during my stay there and the smell rose up to the second floor in the corridor area which was very unpleasant. There should be some rules regarding smoking in public and communal places

- The room itself was very spacious for myself as a solo traveller and it was very clean and tidy - Bed was very comfy, slept quite well during the 2 days I was there - Shower had good level of hot water and water pressure - Silvano, the host was very responsive over WhatsApp so it was an extremely smooth process to organise the check-in time. He also gave me a quick tour of the facilities in the room which was helpful - Wifi was good and fast - It's a 20-minute walk to the Mulini beach area which is a pleasant walk - There is a cafe bar just around the corner with cheap yet delicious coffee

It was a bit farther away from the city center, which had it's advantages (quiet) but also it was always relatively long walk home.

It was very clean, staff was friendly, they even allowed us to leave our bags a bit earlier. The room was cozy and cute.

Very nice and quiet location, 15 minutes on foot away from the old town and close to Punta Corrente. Impeccably clean room - ours didn't have a kitchen, but we had a fridge, a kettle, some cutlery and some cups and plates, which meant we could have coffee and breakfast in the room/on the balcony. There are stores (Konzum, Lidl, etc.) within walking distance. Very comfortable beds and great internet speed.

Very comfy bed, huge bathroom and an amazing balcony great for getting the first rays of sunshine in the morning. The apartment is big and clean and the host was very kind and friendly. The center of the city can be reached on foot easily. Free parking is a big plus! :)

Honestly amazing, nothing bad to say. Very affordable for Rovinj, the place is a little bare-bones, there's no kitchen but a lil mini-fridge, but it was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was super friendly, and very accommodating when we had a late check-in and then our ferry was delayed until 12am. The host doesn't speak great English but again he's super friendly and makes it work. The host drove me to the airport for 50 euros, which seems a little expensive but then I looked at other rates of taxis and those were much more expensive. There is a shuttle bus for cheap but it only runs a few times a day. So it seems worth it for peace of mind on arriving at the airport in time. The Airbnb is a little far from the touristy downtown of Rovinj, but it was quite nice to walk through the suburban area and get more of a feel for the town. And there are some cute local restaurants and cafes in the area. Great in-between location for downtown and the beaches! And the balcony was amazing! Even though we were on the ground floor it was amazing to sit out on for our breakfast and dinner.
