Joško was an exceptional host, even giving me a lift to the airport. Nice little apartment with balcony and sea views (and you can see the old town in the distance). At night time the shutters help make the room nice and dark to sleep.

My partner and I had the best week chilling at Apartments Nino 1. Great location 👌 wonderful view from the balcony, nothing to hear but the waves lapping on the beach. Lovely owners were very welcoming and helpful and gave my partner homemade chocolates and wine for his birthday after noting the date on his passport. The apartment was spotless and comfortable with good bathroom facilities and a powerful shower. Would definitely stay again. 🙂

Great location, stunning views, apartment was fresh, spotless and super comfortable. The host is the most helpful and friendly person in the whole world🙂, but also very discreet at the same time. Apartment equipped with plenty of towels including two beach towels and two blankets to wrap yourself up on a more chilly evenings. Very powerful aircon, you can close the windows and sleep comfortable even if getting too loud from the local bars (not very often, but fair to say we were visiting at the end of September, so likely in the summer it is more busy/louder). Also local grocery nearby, opened until late. Very little but also very well equipped kitchen. Big comfy bed. Loved every minute of our stay there. Thank you, hvala wam!🥰

Nothing! As you can see on the map, please be aware that this apartment is not in the town centre, however there is a bus connection, bike renting (approx. 15min to city), grocery store and restaurants nearby. On the contrary, there are many beaches very close and it is a little bit more calm than the city. If you are okay with this, we definitely recommend to stay here.

This is the first time we write a review, as we really want to express our gratitude. The apartment itself is a ten out of ten - especially if you consider the value for the money. Very clean, air conditioning, modern kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, big TVs, pretty much everything you need (beach towels, hair dryer, water bottle on arrival,..) a big balcony with nice view of the city and the ocean. The owner was very nice and helpful - making our stay perfect! We would definitely come again when visiting Zadar.

Great location with view at the sea and the Old town of Zadar. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. There are several beaches near the apartment. The property provides sunbed, umbrella and towels - everything you need for a nice day at the beach. The host was very kind and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

If I have to make a small remark, it is just 10min drive to the old town, but thats how you look at it.

Everything was perfect! Great beds, nice view, clean apartment, friendly hosts! We could use beach chairs and a beach umbrella!

Everything perfect.

Very comfortable apartment with wonderful view. Only 3 minutes from the nearest and clean beach. There is everything needed and so clean. Even the beach towels. You can see the sea sitting on bed! Also wide balkony with chairs and table. Just fantastic. I love it! Owners are very kind and picked us up from the main bus station :) The supermarket is 6-7 minutes on feet, some nice bars and restaurants around and the bus stop too.

Fantastic location, next to the beach. For those who love peace but want to be within easy reach of restaurants and cafes. Fully equipped apartment with all those little things like enought dishwashing and washing powder, enough towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available from the accommodation provider.

We spent 2 nights in the Apartmants Nino 1 with my wife and we had really great time there. The apartmant has a direct view to the sea and to the old town, the Beach Puntamika is only few steps away. It is in a very good condition, super tidy, comfortable and it has everything what is necessary. Our hosts were really friendly, kind and helpful, it is important for them that their guests feel comfortable. I hope we can return in the future.

The internet connection was not always stable but we only needed it in the evenings so it was not a big issue for us.

The apartment was located in a great place, just in front of the beach but really quiet. We could see the ocean from the bed! It also had everything we needed for our stay. The A/C was nice for the warm evenings in Zadar. We had private parking too.
