There was nothing to not love about this accommodation.

Easy access to everything. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was the little things that made this accommodation feel like home. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Owner has given us very clear instructions on getting into the apartment. Room is exactly the same as in the pictures, except there's no bottle of wine and a basket of fruits :P Owner is very responsive in whatsapp and even recommended very nice place for ice cream. There is a booklet with general information and recommendation of Dubrovnik. Kitchen size and facilities are good. Location is very good too. Many restaurants just few steps down. Be prepared to climb many stairs in the Old town.

Internet was coming in and out every 2 hours or so. When it worked it worked great, but when it didn’t, it was non-existent. I asked the manager to reset the router but they said because of the walls that’s just how all the internet was in Old Town. :/

Centrally located in Old Town. Clear instructions on check-in process and easy to find. Room as pictured. All amenities worked. Manager was very responsive via WhatsApp.

Having to climb many levels of stairs with suitcases in tow in order to reach the accommodation.

Could only do self-checkin. If you don't have full mobile phone access, as travellers often don't, then it's hard to get in touch with the owners. I sent two emails prior to arrival and neither were answered. We could not make the television work and there was no information provided. We didn't know where to take the rubbish when the kitchen bin was full as no information was provided. I didn't know how many steps were involved in getting to and from the property. It was hard work getting the luggage there .

Apartment was just the right size so we didn't feel cramped, considering it is a studio. The kitchen provided enough space and adequate facilities. The bathroom was a good size, and could have accommodated a larger shower. There was a comfortable sofa. Right in the Old Town, so easy to see the sights. The Old Port was only a few minutes walk away for trips out to Lokrum Island. The cable car up Mt Srd was close, as was a laundry.

Steps - lots of steps to climb after all day on our feats, but hey, so is everywhere else. Dubrovnik is a hilly town :)

Really nice little studio apartment in the very center of Dubrovnik, within the Old Town walls. The host was really good communicating via WhatsApp. We had everything we needed and more. There was tea and sugar and shampoo etc. Lots of leaflets and Dubrovnik maps to take away. Really nice décor and interior style.

Great location, absolutely great. Literally 2 minute walk from the main street in Dubrovnik. Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. I was also very quite, even during the day, so great for a good night sleep.

The property was located centrally in the Old Town and was very comfortable. Our host, Daniela, could not have been more helpful and responsive.

Perfect location with very easy self-check in. The apartment is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in the old town. The location could not be more perfect - a 1 minute walk from the Buža Gate (we got a taxi to here) and then you have restaurants, museums etc all within minutes walking distance. The host is friendly and communicative via WhatsApp which suited us well.

Unfortunately there was a leakage in the bathroom from the apartment on top. We contacted the host and she took actions immediately and offered us another place to stay if we wanted. We stayed anyway and got extra towels etc and we found a way of compensation. All in all our host did everything she could in this situation and was helpful with trying to resolve it. A great stay despite this incident and we would definitely return and recommend staying here.

The apartment itself is very clean, well equipped and also the bathroom has little details like cottontips etc for you to use. The bed (and pillow!) where very comfy, I slept in this apartment without earplugs no problem. The location is wonderful and what I find also super important: the host was super responsive to messages and contacted us before our stay with the details of check in (which you do yourself with a key box which makes it easy and flexible when you arrive). Also there is a machine against humidity (which was a complaint I saw in previous reviews) and it was not humid whatsoever when we where there despite heavy rain in the weeks before.
