How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

We have stayed only for tree days. Maybe next time, we will come again and stay longer :-)
We have been totaly happy, everything was clean and prepared in the apartman. Damir and Pera are wery nice people, you can see, that they want us to feel welcomed and comfortable. Whend you need something or you just want to ask for something, they always help you. Damir took us for a boat trip to blue lagoon (nice, but crowded place), than to another lagoon (nice and without tourists :-) ) It was great for us and our children, thank you again.

A wonderful vacation in a wonderful place. The apartments are very nice, clean, high-quality household appliances, there is everything for a comfortable stay and a good rest. The location is excellent - the beach is almost near the house. And the view from the balcony is just amazing. We had the opportunity to use all the necessary equipment for a beach holiday - beach chairs, umbrellas and sups. We are very grateful to the hostess Pera and her husband for a wonderful welcome. We will definitely come back here again. We really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommend Apartment Pera to everyone!

Nothing at all. All was perfect and Pera & Damir are truly fantastic!!! They take care of everything and it was a pleasure to meet such people.
Pera & Damir are amazing hosts. They will take care of you like a family. Apartment was clean and perfect for our staying. Bottle of wine and Juice as welcome drink as well as water dispenser. You can practice biking, kayaking and much more using items from their garage. Free sun bad and umbrella for the beach. We had such amazing time with them that we high recommend Pera!! Fantastic was also the boat trip to Laguna Blue!! I hope to come back here soon!!

Thank you for an amazing vacation. Room and its equipment was perfect with everything we needed. Also, a welcome bottle of wine and juice was fine. I appreciate the free water dispenser. Thank you so much, Pera and Damir for making our holiday very pleasant and unforgettable. They are really helpful and attentive from the beginning until the end. Damir went all the way out and took us on a speedboat trip, which was super fun and definitely an experience that we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. One day they even grilled freshly caught fish for me and my husband. The apartment has everything you need to the smallest details. Everything is very clean and smells really good. We love the fact that right in front of the property there’s a perfect beach with calm clear water, and the beach also has trees that we used for shade. Everyday after breakfast we put our swimsuit on, grab our beach chairs (which are provided for us to use free of charge, as well as paddle boards and other water activities stuff that one might need) and lay on the beach all day. Also one thing that we love about the property, is the fact that they provide each room with water dispenser and they are always ready to be replenished (free of charge!!!) as soon as the water runs out. We can’t thank them enough for making this holiday so wonderful, and we highly highly recommend Apartments Pera. We will for sure one day go back to Croatia and will stay again at Apartments Pera. Thank you so much Pera and Damir for the wonderful gifts you gave us.

The apartment is amazing, everything was taken into account to the smallest detail. Balcony with stunning views. A bottle of wine, kindly provided by the owner, was waiting for us in the apartment and was a great welcome.That was the best apartment we stayed in during our vacation. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had only 3 days to stay there :( but of course it doesn't depend on the proprietary 😜😊
Everything was PERFECT! I have more than 150 reservations only on Booking, but I am extremely exigent and I gave 10/10 only to 5 structures (Apartments Pera is the 6th one). What I liked? 1. The location next to to the wonderful beach. Perfect view from balcony 2. Staff (proprietary - Pera) very nice and helpful. We did some interesting conversations together 3. Very good quality/price. 4. A/C 5. Fridge with free bottle of wine, water and juice! 6. Everything v. clean 7. Free, private parking 8. Good wi fi 9. Free sunbeds! Thank you again Pera and I hope to be back very soon.
