The location was alittle bit out of the way but we had a car so wasn't a big deal. The mattress on my bed needed to be flipped also but the other one was good!

Host greeted us and showed us to our room, the parking was awesome and the room was comfy.

The location isn’t great, far from the city center. But if you have a car, that is no problem.

Great value for money. The apartment was clean and it is possible to cook small and fast meals.

Nothing at all was just brilliant

Unfortunately only booked for a day as we had a gap between check out at original apartment and departure. But having had a bit of a wild night in Zadar we booked accommodation at apartments & rooms Petra. The staff were so accommodating and got us in a room within couple of hours. And probably think we were mad but hadn’t had a hangover like that since was 18. The room had amazing views of the sunset large and well catered

Nice, helpful, communicative and hospitable owners. Flat clean, neat, comfortable. Close to the sea and a shop. Close to a bus stop and scooters. 15-20 minutes to Old Town. Two beaches with sandy bottom.

Although it was informed in advance via website that the flat was 21 square meters, but I felt the space was too narrow to be stayed for a couple. I could not put my luggage bag in the room. It seems that it is suitable for a single stayer.

The apartment was clean and tidy. You may put your luggage on the balcony. Clean water and coffee were always available in the lobby. Further, the staff was kind enough, and I can contact her any time via Whatsapp. Thanks.

It's a pity that this property doesn't have a kitchen, even one for everybody that you can prepare a breakfast. Or maybe there should be an opportunity to buy a breakfast. Though, the room is equipped with a kettle and a fridge. And you can make some coffe downstairs.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and had a big balcony. We had a pleasant stay :).

The only thing I didn't love was the location. It's about 4k from the old part of the city. Just don't miss the last bus!

the Kolanovic family are really just excellent hosts, always available to sort out and problems and very kind and helpful we stayed in the sea view apartment which is well worth the extra money given the balcony and living room providing so much space, it was very clean and everything worked perfectly the location of the apartment is excellent and its close enough to zadar old town to where me and my partner could rent bikes and cycle back along the coast taking around 20 mins, otherwise a 10 min bolt or uber (costing 40/50 kuna) was also very easy to do, not to mention some very nice beaches no more then 500m away overall couldn't recommend this place enough, amazing host, location and facilities, will definitely be back

Space is a little tight but enough to sleep and take a shower, can be a bit far from the city and we used Bolt/taxi when going out, might be mosquitoes

Liked everything.

Very clean and well looked after property. Supermarket directly across the road which was open till 21.00pm. Easy walk to the near by beaches of Borik & Diklo 300 mts downhill. Good bus service into the must see old town of Zadar. The No 8 runs every 30mins during the week and every hour at weekends. Stipe the owner and his sons were kind and good company when we went out together. Thank you to them.

convenient location to the best beaches. borik is 10min walk, closest beach 5min best sunsets view center is close - 10min by cab friendly owner and stuff, takes care of minor details breathtaking view to the sea clean and tidy apartment is well equipped market opposite great garden and spot for parking

These Apartments have: ✔️lovely big balconies ✔️across the road is a local shop ✔️Bakery, bar & very nice restaurant nearby ✔️short walk to the beach the staff & owner are very helpful & welcoming. We loved our time here and are planning to return next year. Highly recommend.
