It was quite a walk into the old told, you could get a taxi for around 8 euro.

Lovely apartment, very clean and the furniture was good quality. It had a supermarket nearby with nice bars and restaurants. The beach was minutes away.

It was a really nice apartment! We enjoyed our stay there. The apartment with the balcony was worth it because you can see beautiful views of the neighbourhood and listen to the birds singing in the morning while sipping coffee. The kitchen area had everything: from dishwasher to coffee machine. The bathroom was quite spacious and tidy. The bedroom smelt nice and fresh.

The apartment was really nice, clean and well equipped, located just a couple of minutes walk from the seaside. Can't beat the amazing balcony and the view. Ines is a really good host, helped with all the questions we had. Will definitely be back next time we're in Zadar!

Mattress was slightly on the firm side but perfectly acceptable

A superb apartment (B1) with a wraparound roof terrace. Bathroom was excellent & the whole place was spotlessly clean. Really well presented. The kitchen had all the facilities to suit a self catering stay. Located in a quiet harbor 10 mins by car from Zadar. Slightly tricky to find but up the side street, the road gets really narrow; when it opens wider again, the property is immediately on the left. Private off road parking that’s block paved. Recommended 👍🏻

Road entry was very tight, even with a small car. Had to be very careful.

I wish there were some insect screens on the windows. Some mosquitos kept up awake all night the first night. Luckily there weren't tons of mosquitos but we also came pretty late in the season so I imagine it could be worse. Also it would have been nice if we could somehow check in without having to call a Croatian phone number which could be costly.

The property is located close to a couple of beaches and there is a supermarket as well a handful of restaurants and bars nearby even if not in the immediate vicinity. It's a good location if you are coming by car and if you want to be away from the busier areas of Zadar. If you are planning to go into the old town of Zadar, it's probably less than optimal. The apartment itself was very spacious and had everything one might need to have a self catering holiday.

It would have been nice to have a better shower. It looked like all the shelves (to hold a bar of soap, etc) had been broken/removed. There wasn't any place to hold your soap or other washing needs, other than the shower floor. Other than that (and that is minimal), it was great!

The host couldn't have been more kind, generous and thoughtful and truly made our stay so pleasant. Upon arrival, I could not locate our passports. As I panicked, he made us coffee and poured us juice and had me sit down to calmly locate our documents. Upon checkout, he again brought us coffee, juice and bisquits. He was so wonderful. Sweet apartment in a great neighborhood, close to several restaurants and very close to marina and beach.

Narrow acces point (for cars over 5m in lenght). Not necessarily a real problem.

Spacious apartment on the last floor, with a nice view from the terrace over the harbour. The AC was already on so the apartment was already chilled when we walked in. Parking on the premacies available and free. Quite far from the city center but Uber is available, quite cheap and solves the problem of parking in the city center.

Only idea - I suppose, that at garden is enough place for a small swimming pool. Sure, more work for staff, anyway, can be very nice for a evening "cooling" and for kids overall.

Perfect staff and overall communication. Very good location, 200m from Puntamika Beach. We ha d a B1 Appartmen with large terrace.
