Stunning location above Margarita Park with a views to the sea and lush green treescape. Very serene, relaxing area and just minutes to the center of Opatija! The host was very kind and helpful and will park your car for you upon arrival.

This apartment is fantastic! This lovely little bungalow with its own terrace is right next to relaxing park and we walked through the park to the center or to the sea in a few minutes. The apartment was extremely clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are very kind and helpful; he waited us with rakija, croatian beer and cold water. Very good Wi-Fi. It was very important that the location had own parking place. We would love to come back, but until then we will recommend this accommodation to our friends!

Oh nothing at all...

Where do I begin? Robert offered to carry our bags to our apartment, then parked our car for us... The apartment was even better than the pictures showed. Robert then made some fresh coffee for us and that included some local liqueur.... very nice. Everything we needed and more was provided. A beer, some rakija and some water in the fridge was awaiting us.... The small courtyard is just perfect, the terrace has an ocean view and a clothesline was also there... all backs onto a park, handy for walking to the town. Beds and linen were comfy and quality, as were towels. Shower is huge, plus Robert provides the little things, tissues, sanitary stuff, spray. So thoughtful xx Washing machine and pods in bathroom. And did I mention the location?

the location was easy to get to yet quiet and away from the noise of the Main Street. it was spotless, beautiful setting next to the park. Damian the host and his family were wonderful and very helpful in helping us plan outings and connecting rides.

We loved it all.

The hospitality of the hosts was out of this world. Small things were done and said that made our short stay even better. Lovely little bungalow right next to a park - the only noise you'll hear is birds chirping. 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops via the park. Very comfortable and big bed with good pillows - we slept so well! Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very good wifi and air conditioning. Would recommend to anyone and will be back.

The location is just perfect, next to a very nice and relaxing park and a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The apartment was extremely clean and well-equipped. The hosts are very kind and helpful. They thought about everything! Literally. It was such a pleasant experience. The host was extremely friendly, upon arriving we got some help with our luggage and a welcoming cup of coffee. The apartment came equipped with a hairdryer, lots of towels, a kettle, coffee machine and more. Truly wonderful!!

We liked everything!

The host, Roberto, was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and he gave us his own parking spot for three days. He prepared coffee for us and gave us tips on what to see, right away. The apartment was spacious and spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped. Everything was great!

Perfectly clean apartment, ironed sheets and towels, comfortable beddings and a hospitable welcome. Good location yet a nicely quiet place. It was 36° outside but the aircon kept it cool inside for a goodnight sleep. The hosts were very kind, we would definitely come back.
