Providing a little washing powder would be nice, not just relying on other guests to leave some behind. If you are going to provide a washing machine go that step further. It would be appreciated. The instructions for how to get the hob, or stove top working need to be clearer. The internet was a little slow at times as well.

The location was in a beautiful quiet area about 8 mins walk from the Pile Gate. There were quite a few steps (over 40) to reach the front door of the apartment. The apartment had most things that you would need. Bed was comfortable and so was the lounge. Plenty of room for a solo person or a couple to spread out and relax.

Finding the apartment was extremly difficult. No one was there. By chance we knocked evert door and mother of landlady s mother was living at first floor. She helped a lot. We could not meet the owner. And asked extra pillow case. There were nobody to ask.

you get into the property through a kind a ally with many stars, not comfy when arriving with your luggage, The is no room to storage your luggage in case you leave town after checking out time (10pm, which is quite early), thought the owner let us leave/hide our luggage in their porch at our own risk but being a very quite place and being kind of hidden I would say it's a safe place to leave your luggage.

The property is a lovely and modern apartment in a two floors house surrounded by trees and flowers, You can see the mountains and green from all the windows. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and it also has a washing macing in case you need to do laundry. Behind the property there is a park ending in the rifts to the sea which is a very beautiful sight.

The internet went off all of a sudden but when called the hosts they sorted out the problem. However the connection is not very strong.

The location was perfect as we were there for a Conference at the CAS and it is very close to it. However the old town is still close enough to walk there.

Appartement is very well equipped. We find there everything that we needed. There were more plates and cutlery so you can use a dishwasher and eat at the same time. Not like some other apartments where they count every piece just for the capacity of the rooms. It is a quiet place where you are surrounded by the nature. Keys were delivered by SMS to us and we had to make some calls but we were expected and communication worked.

the only downsite (which also makes it an upside) is that the location is not on a street with cars. so our rental car could not be dropped at the location. but this is a minor inconvenience

A comfortable appartment with very good facilities. A quiet place not far away from the Old City, you do not need to climb many steps. We enjoyed our stay :)

Long wait for getting in to room, a key safe would have been easier. Couldn't get the TV to work but might just have been us!

Very well located for Dubrovnik old town with a great small beach within easy walking distance. Several restaurants and bars nearby. Pretty old building in quiet location and lovely garden. Lovely friendly host, very helpful

The apartment was well equipped with everything we could need. It's location perfect to explore Dubrovnik, close to the Old Town but out of the noise and surprisingly few steps for what is a hilly city! Great value for money.

We enjoyed the green garden/patio, it a wonderful quiet place to relax and super close to the busy streets of dubrovnik . There are great plces for swimming , also at a short walking distance. The appartment was spotless and newly renovated. Service was really helpfull and made arrangements for us when it was time to move on!

The apartment is not easy to access. Taxis have to drop you off in a side street, from there you have to walk about 50 metres uphill, from the street you have to walk a further 40 metres in an alleyway. Then you have about 25 steps to get to the apartment block. Once in the apartment block you have to get to the first floor (no lift) via a narrow stairwell which is difficult to manage if you have large suitcases. I was also not impressed with the apartment's host. Due to site works part of the alley way was blocked on the day before we left which would have made it difficult to get our suitcases through. No solution/help was forthcoming from the host other than saying 'see if a taxi driver will help'. Though the apartment provides a washing machine there is nowhere to dry the clothes. No drying rack is provided. All that is available is a couple of short washing lines outside the bedroom window. Too difficult and dangerous to access.

The apartment was very close to Old Town (about 5 - 10 minute walk). It is a small apartment but would adequately suit a couple. Might not be the best option if sharing with a friend and having to use the fold out bed provided in the lounge - which would severely reduce the amount of communal space. There is also a very nice patio area to sit and enjoy - though beware of snakes.. I saw a couple when there.
