Very hard to find the place. Is not close to city like they advertise. They don’t have any cooking supplies in kitchen (no salt, sugar, or coffee) but they do provide silverware, plates and cups. They also did provide the cooking utensils like pots and pans. There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom (No bath or hand soap, no shampoo or conditioner). The apartment seems very old and has an odd scent. We couldn’t decide if it smelled like animal urine or cleaning supplies or both. Utilities definitely need an upgrade. The TV did not work and there’s nothing around the apartment to do.

The apartment was clean. They provided a microwave, which is usually hard to find in these apartments. The refrigerator was clean. The heater for the apartment and the water heater work well. The pots and pans were clean and good for use.

Some of the beds are not all really comfortable and the shower leaks water sometimes. You don't have a table but a bar with 2 different heights that isn't really spacious.

The house has 3 appartements. It depends which one you book. The one in the basement is less fancy than the first pictures. It is ok for the money and has a parking.

The photos in the advertisement in Booking.com were deceiving. I was under the impression we were going to get a bigger apartment but ours was small. The apartment needs cleaning and a little bit of upgrading. The trash-bins lids were broken, the duvets had smell, I’m not sure if they’ve been washed as well as the bed sheets. You get what you paid for. I don’t mind paying a little extra for things that are clean but this property definitely needs some TLC. The tiles weren’t swept or cleaned I could see dusts. If you are not particular and can ignore these things then you’re good to go.

The location was ideal for going to Opatija or neighboring big cities. It was walking distance to a beach and restaurants. Although the apartment is in a very narrow road and hard to get good parking luckily the owner gave us priority and gave up her parking spot for us which was nice. Overall, it was the price that convinced me to stay there. It’s good for travelers who are on a budget or who only need beds to put their heads down for a few nights. The owner doesn’t speak much English but she was very nice 😊.

Wasn't like the pictures in Internet, but it was ok. We had two nice bedrooms. Bath looked new on pictures, but much older in real with mold at the edges of the shower.

The shower needs a good cleaning and it could be a better size. The lids of the garbage cans were all broken, the seat on the toilet is sliding down all the time when sitting on it. The curtains do not cover the windows, so in one of the rooms the morning sun shines right in your face. The WiFi was strong, but many times it said that the it could not connect because it was full. The light bulbs were missing from the bedside lamps and in the kitchen above the stove.

The AC is good and strong. The size of the apartment was sufficient. The outside patio was nice and it was good to have lines for the towels and bathing suits to dry. There are nice beaches within walking distance. We were satisfied with the pots and stuff in the kitchen. The buganvilia was georgeus.

horribly dirty, broken lights in almost every room, thick layer of dust everywhere and just over all pretty intolerably dirty living space.

The sofa bed is not a bed at all. Genuinely one of the most uncomfortable places I have slept. Couldn’t even find proper pillows anywhere 😅 the flat definitely needs some TLC.

The host was incredibly friendly.
