Not a big issue but the balcony was just above a nearby restaurant which meant a lot of different smells from the restaurant, some good, some not that great.

Great location, every thing is nearby. Apartment was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Good size for two adults and two younger teens.

We will come again. We loved the rooftop terrace. Apartment is very clean :) ***** 5 star experience. Bed is so comfortable. Towels and bedsheets smells so nice. You will feel here like a "home". Owner ( and his wife as well ) is extremely helpful and friendly and will make sure that the guests feel welcome. I really recommend to stay here. Apartment is located in the Heart of Vodice directly by the water (Marina). Many bars and restaurants nearby. Dog beach is nearby. This apartment is pet friendly. I can say this is the best place to stay in Vodice.

The only negative thing was that we left our car in the free parking of the apartment in the shade under pine trees and after 2 nights there was a lot of resin from the trees on the windscreen and car roof, which I now have to somehow get rid of. So do not leave it under the pine trees now I know I have to think about it in the future.

The room was nice, big enough for 2 nights, host was very friendly and the location was right in the city centre. The host opened us the ramp accessing the parking in front of the apartment and he helped us to carry luggage into the apartment but we had to move the car to free parking after that which was only about 2 minutes walking distance, which was absolutely fine.

Unfortunately, we didn't realise that the apartment doesn't have neither a microwave or an oven, which was a shame because we got some frozen pizzas prior to our stay and weren't able to warm them up. But that's our mistake :)

Lovely place to stay, the central location was absolutely amazing for our short stay, it barely took 10 seconds to get to the sea promenade and 2-10 minutes to the beach (depending on if you want to lie down on the beach or very convenient panels with ladders leading into the sea). In the apartment, the bathroom was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, it was the cleanest bathroom I have ever had among my other stays! The studio apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. And the wi-fi connection was great! Quite fast and stable, perfect even for work calls. To sum it up - loved it!

Could be a good idea to install some foreign programs on satellite receiver for the television.. only local channels to get… and the provided WiFi is very slow.. ( ok, not a big issue, could use my own roaming cellphone network)

Clean and cosy, direct access to village center, all facilities just around the corner, modern bathroom and comfortable bed.. everything you need for a short period if stay is here, also a small fridge and some crockery. Very friendly and helpful owners, cell phone availability at any time. No problem to get key after booking.

Everythink was OK. Be aware apartment is in the middle of city centre so there are restaurants beside - it is not a place for a quiet and peaceful rest.

Big space apartment, with full equipment. Very clean and comfortable. Great location in the middle old town and marina. Close to the beach. Helpfull host, who has arranged a parking space 600 m away from the apartment.

The only minor issue’s we had was that the Kettle didn’t work when we arrived & the plug in the bathroom sink was stuck which stopped water from draining. But these issues were solved quickly by the help of Alen, who brought a new kettle and was quick to fix the plug. Thanks again to Alen & his wife who were both friendly and helpful people.

The apartment is situated in the beautiful town of Vodice, with many bars, restaurants & shops on your door step you really are spoilt for choice. The apartment its self is very modern and was very clean. We booked the apartment with balcony which had ocean views. The picturesque views of the sea were amazing. The host Alen was very attentive and helped with any requests or problems we had. If we visit Croatia again we will certainly stay here again! Our favourite restaurant that served Mediterranean style was called Santa Maria, we had an amazing steak here & would highly recommend.

The description on booking.com didn’t indicate how small the room was. This was advertised as a king room but really was too small for a king bed. There was no room for a bedside table and the bed encroached on the bathroom doorway. Once we had 2 suitcases in there, there was very little room to move.

The location was perfect. Parking was tricky to find but free once we found it. The room was clean but fairly basic. Allen was very nice and helpful with parking etc.

We have room for 2 persons - room is small, suitable for 1-2 nights for young travellers with backpacks, parking is not close to the apartament, poor ventilation because windows are in narrow street between restaurants, blinds would be suitable because of location, a little space for wet swimsuits, room is not suitable for longer stay then 1-2 nights
