Nothing, it was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. Received an upgraded room that was sumptuous with a balcony and extra large. The gardens and outdoor seating for dinner or breakfast is wonderful. Out of the hotel you're on the main street of the historical city center. Pool and deck area are wonderful. Breakfast was well above expectations. Welcome glass of wine at the wine bar a nice touch. Probably the best hotel experience of the past 40-50 stays in multiple countries.

The balcony was amazing. A beautiful view of the bay and the ferry we came in on! It was so nice and walkable too. Our room was large, and very clean.

Everything perfect.

Unbeatable location, superb sea view from balcony, delicious breakfast with wide variety. Lovely shady pool with comfortable loungers. The pool is small but was very quiet when we were there at the end of September.

Our only real complaint was the parking at the hotel is limited to just regular cars. We drove an 8 person van which would not fit through the old stone arch to the parking area. Hotel parking is E 30 per day where the parking on the adjacent street which we paid only for the time we parked was about E 59 for 16 hours or E 72 per 24 hour period depending on the amount of time you purchased for parking. Zone 2 parking was E 35 per day but was nearly 1 mile away. Since it was raining periodically, we chose to just pay the additional for parking.

It was a nice surprise that Breakfast was included and was more than sweet rolls and coffee. There was a large selection of breads, cheeses, fruit, pastries, meats, drinks, yogurt, and eggs. We requested omelets as well as teas and European style coffees or cappuccinos. It was all included and the service was excellent, friendly, and very attentive. Our rooms were average size, not particularly spacious but included balconies with places to sit and enjoy the harbor and ocean views. The bathrooms were above average in size and were easy to maneuver around. Although we did not use the pool, it was beautiful and other clients did make use of the pool area that overlooks the parking lot below and adjacent park to the hotel. My wife chose this boutique hotel for its location central to Rab's old town harbor, park, and city views. It accommodated our group of 8 with three comfortable rooms, two which were on the same floor and another on the floor above. It is central to wonderful cuisine and shops with winding old Croatian walkways with plenty of amazing restaurants, gelato shops, and many other kinds of shopping. It was central for us to take day trips around the island. It was a treat to stay at the Arbiana Heritage.

The pool is almost in constant shade as is the sun bed area. They should extend over the car park area below to add more decking that would be in the sun as well as being able to provide shade underneath for the cars.

Hotel in a great position in the old town Rab and lots of bars and restaurants to chose from in walking distance. Hotel clean and modern given that it is an old building. Bathroom in our suite could do with updating but otherwise good.

No kettle in the room though we always bring our own travel kettle.The secure safe didn’t work.

Beautiful, elegant room with a huge balcony overlooking the garden grounds and the sea.Liked the fact we were not on the road side of the hotel.A very lovely hotel, quite grand inside.Breakfast was a buffet and very nice.

The best hotel on Rab Island. Perfect location by the sea in the old part of Rab town. Beautiful rooms, many with balconies. Wonderful buffet breakfast, usually eaten in garden under trees outside. Great restaurant. Lovely swimming pool. The staff cannot do enough for it's guests; from the reception team, to the restaurant staff and those that maintain the rooms - all are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful building in the old historical part of town with green and well maintained garden, stylish restaurant, great and hospitable staff, fresh, versatile breakfast, small pool and charming views. Everyday’s house keeping results in perfectly clean interior of the hotel, including rooms, hallways, elevator, restaurant. Very convenient parking within the hotel area.

It is a really nice hotel in a very convenient location. We were there off-season so it was probably a different experience than it would have been in summertime. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great variety which one or two new items each day. The hotel has electric car chargers so that was very convenient for us. Although the island does not have long distances so you don't need so much charging.
