Tried scrambled eggs 3x and we're not warm any day.

Breakfast buffet very plentiful choices with option to eat outdoors. Lovely views of ocean. Easy and fastbto get Ubers to town 5 to 8 EUs.

Perfect location for a week combining relaxation and visiting 'downtown' Dubrovnik. Booked room with balcony and sea- view and were mesmerized every day again by the view !. Very well maintained and clean hotel !Friendly and service-minded staff !

No chance, in this big resort, to get any food between 11-12, despite them having a „Bistro“.

The only slight complaint we had was concerning the breakfast as there wasn’t a huge choice and the food was a little bland

The hotel is in the perfect location as it has some amazing views. It was also very comfortable and clean and most staff were friendly and helpful

We were supposed to stay in the Royal Ariston Hotel but since it was off season/winter season, this hotel was closed so we were checked in at the Royal Princess Hptwl which was the same company. I believe it may be an equally nice hotel but the hotel(royal Ariston) should not have been bookable if it was closed and they should have informed us before hand.

Breakfast over the weekend was a fight for a table!! They should have a line "wait to be seated" or another solution. Was redicuolus for the guests. Bed was tired looking, flaking leather look but the matresses were good. Everything else ok in the room. Staff very nice. Requested a walk in shower...but didn't get it...hopefully next time in a few days. Bathtubs are not good to crawl in/from when you are onesixty. Easy bus connection to/from old town. Expensive meals.

Beautiful place with breathtaking sea view. We got a free upgrade to a suite with 2 bathrooms. Breakfasts are excellent. You can catch a cab to Dubrovnik centre under 10 EUR. Recommend it!

Everything about the hotel is fantastic. We had a beautiful suit with uninterrupted sea views. Staff was really friendly and polite. The location of the hotel is great with easy access to the old town via bus or taxi. We really loved our stay..❤️

- very poor communication when arranging a transfer, so we ended up not having one - we werent given much info about the facilities like spa, restaurant, bar, food service and etc - no supermarket around (closet one 20mins walk)

Pools and restaurants/ bars closed due to low season but this is reflected in the excellent price at this time of year.

Excellent property with facilities as expected from a 5 star resort. Rooms are large with beautiful sea view, breakfast is ample and parking is right outside. Some of the best beaches are close by. Best is the connectivity to the old town for which bus station is right outside and extremely convenient. Highly recommended.

Hot tub was not available in the SPA area, and only for additional charge which was not said on Bookings….. Was too crowded, only part of Hotel Was open so it was not really 5 star experience

Everything was great. Because we were there off season we got an upgrade on our rooms. The room we were in was one of the best ones I've been to. So much space, with two bathrooms and also a balcony and amazing sea view. The breakfast was also really good with good quality food. You could also order Eggs Benedict without having to pay extra. The location is really nice as well, between pine trees and seafront. The staff were all very polite and friendly and ready to help. The city is also very near, either with car or with the public bus. All in all great stay and I would recommend!
