It is a top floor apartment with lots of stairs which should be mentioned as it could be an issue with some people. Also no view of the town, only an inner court yard area which, again, may be an issue for some.

A little noisy early in the mornings due to nearby shops and people chatting outside. But central location made up for this.

Ivan was a great host, very friendly and communicated well before, during and after our stay. He met us at the property to check in a little after the agreed time, as our plane arrived late, but Ivan was very understanding. Property was as described, very clean, excellent facilities and in main town of Zadar. We really enjoyed our stay in Zadar and found it scenic and not too busy with people. Loved the sunset. Would stay again in Arsensl apartments and would recommend it. Thanks to Ivan for being a great host.

We were on the top floor of the building - 4th floor, this would be difficult on a daily basis for anyone with mobility issues and no lift. Carrying cases up so many floors were a challenge.

I used the steam iron which worked fine on black cotton, but I would hesitate to trust it on delicate, heat sensitive fabrics. The temperature goes up quite quickly. There was some miscommunication around getting into the building. A mixture of: my fault, (not giving the host my WhatsApp number earlier) and either the intermediary who passed my arrival message on to the host apparently without passing on that I currently had no data (so an in-person meeting with someone at the apartment rather than a bunch of photos I couldn't access would be helpful) or the host telling the intermediary she'd meet me there (which he relayed to me) so he didn't think to pass on that important info. I hope we all learned from that!

The ambient temperature in the suite was beautifully comfortable with an almost silent air conditioning unit. It took me a while to even find it! The bed was very comfortable. There were other amenities that I did not use such as a modern looking washer-dryer and TV. The location was excellent for proximity to the Old Town attractions, including being a 1 minute walk from the famous cathedral where the wedding I was attending took place. There was a nice wardrobe with hangers. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, glassware, pots and pans, kettle etc. Completely randomly, the hot water cylinder wore out on my second last night, the next day being Sunday. This will not be a problem for any future guests as it is being replaced! But the host gave me a discount for my final night being without hot water (could still wash with cold water mixed with hot from the kettle if need be). As it was summer, even the cold water was not particularly cold...So that was appreciated

Iron had some odd residue, maybe somebody ironed something they weren't supposed to and something melted on. Located on 4th floor, but we didn't really mind this as we were further away from the noise of the street. Quite peaceful, actually! Can't think of anything else.

Incredible location in Old Town, close to the ferry port, the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun installations, which also means you're not too far from witnessing a beautiful famous sunset at the right time! Well stocked apartment with everything we could need. Coffee machine with pods provided which helped us start off each day. Very clean and well designed. Shower was amazing! Host was very helpful and took the time to provide some really wonderful suggestions which helped us make the most of our visit to Zadar. He also accommodated an early check in which may not always be possible, but we managed for around 12pm. Thanks, Ivan! :)

Localization is in the middle of the Old town what makes all the most important places nearby. It is very comfortable for sightseeing. In the apartement there are small kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. Everything is clean and cosy. The owner of the apartament is very friendly and helpful. In addition he also arranges the transport to the airport.

We didn't mind about stairs, but the flat is on the 5th floor and there is no lift.

Flat was very clean, tidy, we spent 6 nights and have everything we need to have a confortable stay. Air conditioner, nice shower, cozy bed. The host was very kind, gave us good tips of where we should visit in Zadar. The location is amazing, very central, walking distance from the most popular sites, shops and restaurants.

Only "bad" thing is that the apartment is on the last floor and unfortunately the building is without elevator .

It was an Amazing experience, The apartment is in the city centre, Ivan was so available and incredibly patient to tell us everything about the city. We were supposed to check in only at 14 but they tried they's best to check us in at 11. What to say everything was perfect.
