Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkAmazing location and staff! The view from the balconies and all the breakfast treats (something new every day) were wonderful, and the staff were so amazing - helpful and attentive. The rooms are spacious, bright and with everything you need - I appreciated the little fridge and the morning slippers. The view over Lapad Beach is unbeatable, and the walking track just below the hotel stairs is great - the morning ocean dip from there is also recommended. Easy access by bus to the station and old city, and there's a supermarket and nice restaurants and cafes about 5 min walk away. The stairs up to the hotel are well marked from the walking track below and they were well worth the walk up. Hope to stay again!

Big and clean room. Beautiful view over the sunset beach. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast with a lot of homemade food, such as cakes and burek.

Beautiful views across Lapad bay, wonderful location. Friendly and helpful staff, no problems leaving luggage waiting for check in or pickup. Very close to the sea with easy access for swimming and close to lots of fantastic restaurants. Lovely little hotel.
