There were a lot of steps, but this was to be expected due to the location. More vegan breakfast options would also be nice.

Nothing ! It was perfect

The hotel was in a perfect location and the breakfast was amazing with huge variety of choice including home baked bread.The view was beautiful from the balcony and the terrace and ideally located for the numerous restaurants and the beach Lokrum island and Cavtat were the most beautiful.places The hotel staff were lovely and a massive thank you to Paula who looked after us both so well and was so welcoming and made us feel so much at home I would recommend this perfect hotel for a restful stay

-There are quite a few steep stairs (think it’s around 60 stairs) to climb, but I was notified about this in advance. Very manageable if you’re fit. The pro of the stairs though is that it allows for amazing views for breakfast and from some rooms. -Breakfast on some days could be improved

-Very friendly reception (offered directions, offered water after climbing the 60 stairs, flexible with check in time) -Spacious room, with closet, fridge and couch -location was right near the beach and lots of restaurants, with convenient buses into old town (20 min) -Comfortable bed with aircon, room service -Breakfast was just alright/serviceable on the Thursday(no bacon), but fantastic (bacon, eggs, chorizo, chicken nuggets) on the Sunday. BUT the view is fantastic on the terrace overlooking the ocean.

Initially all the steps but worth it all for the view

The location was stunning a number of steps up to the property but worthwhile when you get there. A beautiful terrace overlooking the water. A stunning cliff walk from the hotel with plenty of places to stop for a coffee , food or drink. The breakfast was fantastic plenty of food hot & cold. But the best of all were Clara & Paula the two girls running the hotel. Such helpful & kind staff they couldn't do enough for you. They were the true treasure of the place & I would like to congratulate them on the excellent job they do in making guests comfortable. Paula even helped me with taking down my bags down the steps for me. We would definitely stay there again. Ann & Seamus O Sullivan Ireland

No kettle in room, no access to cable TV or satellite channels, average breakfast and no black tea at hotel at all! Steps to hotel, but fine.

Everything! Very nice and comfortable small family run hotel right next to the beach. Room was just the right size and very clean, air-conditioned. Apart from the normal pillows in bed, you have anatomical ones as well, which I have never seen in a hotel. There's a variety of things for breakfast and the offer changes every day, which is rarely seen. The only downside is the steep and narrow flight of stairs that you need to deal with to access the hotel, but it's Dubrovnik and it's quite a common thing there (the hotel informs about it in detail before and after the booking).

Location near beach, sea, restaurants and walking promenade was superb. Very nice view from the balcony to the sea and green hills. No traffic or other noise at nights. Breakfast was excellent having many different choices. Very nice and friendly hotel staff.

For the cost it was perfect. We were staying 3 nights and were moved every night but Paula on reception was amazing and dealt with it really well. She was super helpful.

Lots of stairs. 60 to get in the hotel and then 20 to get to your room. I didn’t see the stairs mentioned when I booked the hotel. And my reservation said if changed or canceled then I loose one day of charge. When I mentioned it at check in time the owner did say “If you had contacted us we would have cancelled your reservation without penalty. Nice of them but I did not know about it.

It was my first time traveling solo and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. From the room itself which was perfect for my needs and had a beautiful view, to the very friendly staff who gave me recommendations and was always there to help. I want to say a huge THANKS to all, and special ones for Paula who was very nice to me from beginning to end. I will definitely stay with you again when visiting Dubrovnik.

At first, we booked a standard room. When we arrived, we realised the room was underground with a small window facing stone walls running next to the building. This should be more clearly indicated in the explanations and via photos as well. After our first night, we upgraded our room to a room with a sea view, and it was absolutely worth it! The view was amazing, and the room was spacious.

The hotel personnel were really helpful and kind. They made everything smoother and were there whenever we needed any help. We had an early flight, and they prepared sandwiches for us, which was also very cute. The hotel and our room were very clean. The location of the hotel was just perfect: a peaceful place away from busy tourist attractions, very close to a beautiful bay, just 3-4 mins, and a seaside trail. We loved the landscape!

Amazing views, super clean, affordable, friendly staff, tasty breakfast! Couldn’t recommend it enough. Location was perfect - 10-15 mins on a regular bus into Dubrovnik old town. Brilliant stay for couples!! The steps kept us fit and healthy!!

I think there should be a safe in the room. Other than that it was perfect!!
