We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It's a simple hotel right on the sea side. The view from the rooms was absolutely beautiful, looking out over the sea and the bay. The room was farly clean and the bathroom sufficed. The beds were comfortable, but nothing special. Parking was for free on the hotel premises. Our dog was welcome in the room, for an additional fee (seems to be 1 euro per kg of the dog).

HungarySmall room, old fashioned building, no wifi, TV did not work. But for 1 night in this price it wasn't a big problem. I couldn't pay by card for 1 night, only in cash.
The location is ok, everything is near by the hotel. The room was clean, the price - value rate is ok. I don't expect more in this price. The staff is helpful.

GREAT location, you can not be more in center and closer to the sea ♥️ All was clean, nice bed and bedding, private bathroom. Staff was kind. View as in photos - Senj coast! Price for this was good, one of the cheapest in town.

United KingdomWhen i arrived the receptionist was on the phone so i waited for to finish all i got was "Yes!" in an abrupt tone so that was welcoming then when we went to check in we were not allowed the keys until we paid upfront and with cash only! i was told that this was the company policy. On my Booking.com conformation it states in the payment information that this property the following forms of payment Visa, Mastercard, so we had to find the cash between us to be able to receive the keys, i run a tour company and if i had 8 or so customers i do not carry that kind of cash about my person so they would of had to wait in the 30 degree heat in their motorcycle gear whilst i would of had to go to find a cash machine and then it would of exceeded the daily limit so i do not know what would of happened there. When we eventually got into our rooms my shower was not the cleanest nor was the toilet also you could not pull the curtains for they did not fit properly and the Wifi was hit and miss we were constantly asking for it to be rebooted. The whole building was very tired looking. So all in all not a pleasant experience, one of those places you were glad to ride away from.
The location was perfect and the little town was great for dining, breakfast was good and the staff we pleasant ( shame they couldn't be there for check in)

HungaryThis is a 2* hotel and therefore should be treated as such. After countless 4-5* hotel stays I specifically chose this low budget option to remind myself to appreciate how far I have come in life. That said, AC was loud and died on me on my third day. Breakfast is being served with love but the lack of vegetables annoyed me. Still, if your goal is to just be on the beach all day and chill, this is a reasonable getaway deal
Tesla Supercharger and the beach is literally 1 min walk from the hotel and that is all I needed. Daniela & Daniela are such lovely hostesses, that I decided to stay 3 nights in the end

United KingdomThe parking was terribly marked, the staff were very rude and our room was a small windowless box, the WiFi was terrible, no plug sockets anywhere in the room (had to unplug the TV). And most of the electrical fittings were falling off.
