Perfect localization, 3 sec from the beach. Clean, comfortable room, very kind and supportive staff. Anything we asked, they solved. Pools (in&out) and breakfast in the nearby hotel, only 10 steps from ours. Everything was great!

There aren't any facilities in Valamar hotel, not even a lobby where you can sit. There are some premises in the building but everything seemed abandoned. The room itself was clean but seems a bit old and old fashioned.

The hotel is in central part of Baška, with parking included. We loved the brunch where you have both breakfast and lunch menu. Facilities of Corinthia hotel were also great. We used the pool and the gym. We would rather recommend Corinthia hotel if you have opportunity to choose. Staff was nice and very kind.

Great location, right near the beach. Breakfast (which is brunch, with an extended menu and extended till 13:00) is great as well. In another hotel, you have to walk a bit. But it was not a problem. Big parking and clear instructions from the receptionist.

Fantastic view, very nice, friendly staff, beach full of life and facilities (groceries, bakery, fast food, coctail bars, restaurants etc.). Beach - and actually everything else- is at the doorstep. We had a splendid vacation, will definitely go again!

Booking: Only way to book is through central Valamar booking but they do not share customers requests with the Atrium facility so our requests regarding disabilities of my wife was not known in Atrium facilities. Room description: very bad, wrong or not accurate, you do not shurewhat you book, Room: despite the 6 lighting fixtures, there is semi-darkness in the room, there is make up table with the mirror but without light, TV is to small for the distance to watch, Breakfast: there is a toster but usually no tost (white/black only 2/6 from 10 days, the same quality is not served, so breakfast depends a lot on the time you come, there is several tipes of bread and pastries but every day at least 1 or 2 is not fresh, there is a strong difference in quality depending from day and time. Energy saving: it is necessary to save energy but not inirritating way (lighting to weak, TV on max energy saving mode so if you are not able to put it on normal you do not see anything) but in efficient way (air condition can work with open windows and balcony door)

the relation price-quality. too expensive for what you get. you have to walk to get to the pool, to the breakfast buffet, to the private beach.

Being put in a smoking room without being asked our preference.

The property is in a great location but very tired and could use some upgrading, especially for the nightly rate. There was one front desk attendant who was incredibly friendly and helpful, and recommended her favourite places to eat which was nice. Breakfast was in another building and super busy. This was also the building you had to go to when you wanted a towel for the beach and it was a maze and seemed quite inefficient.

Facilities are NOT in the hotel. NO restaurant, NO pool, NO towels. You need to go to another hotel which is 200m from the hotel for anything they advertise: pool, towels, breakfast. NO own beach section, only can order umberellas and tanning beds in advance which is not located next to the hotel.
