A little shelf or table next to the fridge would have been useful to store crockery and glasses as the space on the fridge was a bit tight.

The location was great, only a 5 minute walk to the old town. Spectacular view from the balcony. Very comfortable bed. Lots of toiletries, didn't need to bring anything really! Darko, the host, was friendly and very helpful and responded to any queries we had immediately.

The apartment is fantastic! It’s spacious clean and very comfortable. However the star of the show is the view from the balcony, you have a perfect view of Zadar centre. The apartment is walking distance to everything you could want in Zadar. When we arrived the bathroom was stocked with all the necessities you could need as well as access to a washing machine. The apartment is beautiful and we had a perfect stay!

The room was very mice , clean and comfortable, but the odd set up of the bed makes it difficult to get in and out of. Very good communication with the owner. Location great, a short walk into the old town.

When Darko sends you the code to enter the building, you start wondering whether this was a good choice. But when you get to the apartment on the 10th floor, you know: yes, definitely! The view from the balcony onto Zadar is breathtaking and probably the best you can get in entire Zadar! The bar stools are high enough so that you can look down onto the harbour where always something is happening. But you have also a perfect view over the Old Town of Zadar. When you get out of the building, a small convenience store is just around the corner and it is only 5 minutes to the Old Town. The apartment is very well equipped with what ever you need for a few days. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. But the balcony is clearly the biggest attraction even if it is not very large. Because the apartment is facing southwest, you get the shade until noon on the balcony and the beautiful sunset in the evening. Communication with Darko was also straight forward and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The lift in the building is very slow, and the building itself wasn't what we expected to see, however when we got to our room all of that didn't matter, because the room and the view were amazing.

The host was very helpful, always in contact in case we needed anything. We asked for beach towels and got those supplied with no problem. The view from the balcony was breathtaking - best for sunsets. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The place is located very close to the old town and walking distance from anywhere we needed to get.

An opportunity for improvement is to add some hooks for clothes by the entrance and for towels in the bathroom.

The view was amazing! We enjoyed this place so much, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good, airconditioning was perfect and the fridge was also pretty big! Also the location was perfect, everything was very close and there is a supermarket just outside of the complex. The communication with the host was also amazing.

the staff aren’t incredibly prepared. had to wait for over an hour to just drop bags off (which wasn’t too much of an issue) but then the room still wasn’t ready at 3 as they were still cleaning. it was 4 before we got in. check out wasn’t for another hour and they knocked and asked how long we would be which felt unprofessional. I also forgot my glasses and said the exact location where I left them but was told they weren’t there when I 10000% knew they were.

Modern style, great appartment with balcony overlooking the port and old town. Short Walk across bridge to old town and seaside sea organ and night lights on the sea front. Food market and nice restaurant below building for breakfast or dinner Loved our stay here.
