A small detail - The front door to the flat needed to be banged shut in order to close as the lock did not work well.. Luckily there were no other residents but it would have been extremely annoying for them otherwise!

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. It was very spacious and well furnished. It even had a washing machine. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was quite well equipped. The large , covered corner balcony was great. Up on top of a hill in Stinjan you are away from the noise and crowds of Pula and this place is a very peaceful retreat. There's a couple of totally unspoilt beaches down the road. The hotel is actually two buildings with private parking and a breakfast terrace area in the middle, also nice planting. A very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfasts were available at a modest cost with good pastries, fruit etc. All staff were very nice. We would definitely return. It was a great base to explore the area though a car is needed.

Accommodation is quite near to Pula (but not in walking distance). Everything was immaculate. Room was really clean, cosy with two TVs and spacious bathroom. Beds were comfy, sleept like a baby :) Object has own parking. Hostess was very friendly and breakfast had a lot of choices.

The property itself is very elegant and holds a historic value. The rooms are very clean, spacious and there is a nice scent all over the place. The breakfast is fresh and full of varieties but the coffee is a special moment. My kudos go to Dervisha and Jasmina which are amazing landladies, very helpful and ready to answer all your needs and questions. The whole place is so clean i was going barefoot in the mornings for the breakfast. The owner, Mirsad, is an amazing host , very humble and warm and he did reservations on our behalf in the top restaurants in Fazana. I highly recommend this place and will go back again for sure.

The public transport it’s not so diversified.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. We would definitely stay there again. Very clean room and spacious been cleaned every day and towels been changed also. Breakfast tasting amazing and coffee was made with lots of love and served with big smile. But the most appreciated of our stay it’s a incredibly kind staff.

Only issue was the noisy water/ pipe connection shared by several appartments.

The appartment was spacious, clean, and well located. The staff was extremelly nice. They have a very nice guy helping who also has a majoy in history in case tou want to know. We even got a lift to Pula by the owner. Breakfast was very good too.

Parking space is small, more rooms than parking spaces, so if you need it, book it. However, there are a few places Nearby where they say you are allowed to Park. No lift, so carrying suitcases to first or second floor is not pleasant but this is very common in the country hoteles.

Everything is very clean and modern. Facilities are impecable. Room is comfortable and it has a mosquito net, which is so convenient. Staff is so kind and pleasant, helping you with everything.

The apartment fronted the street but it wasn't a bother because of the really soundproof windows. Good airconditioning, very clean room and bathroom, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. Enjoyable breaakfast, and very kind and helpful, friendly stuff. By car, you can quickly reach Pula, various beaches, nearby places, Rovinj also. A very peaceful and comfortable stay, recommended.

The parking could be more organized. Since you need a car to stay here it should be included and tha parkingplaces marked.

Very nice room, smart planned and very clean. Comfortable bed. All staff was amazing and we really loved the receptionist Sven! Nice breakfast. Calm and no disturbing noises.

There weren't many facilities nearby. There was one tiny shop around the corner, but it didn't have much. However, this wasn't a problem for us since we visited the city every day and were only staying for 2 days. Could imagine it would be more of a problem for longer stays.

Very good value for money. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was super clean and we had a comfortable stay. We had a car and were in Pula within 15 minutes. There are also various beaches within 5 minutes of driving.

Nice house with very clean rooms. The staff was always helpful and very nice. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Different coffees were prepared as desired. You can choose to have breakfast outside on a covered terrace or inside. The location is very quiet and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Free parking was available in the courtyard sufficiently. The bus stop is right next to the house. For about 7-10 EUR you can take a cab to the center of Pula. The nearest beach is only a few minutes away by car. Directly in the village ... only a few minutes walk away ... is a very good grill restaurant.
