Very good location, 1 minute from the port and the best restaurant, which name is “King restaurant”. The room was pretty with nice and demanding furnitures and materials. Excellent hospitality, very kind host.

The hotel was perfect. Baska Voda itself would be very lovely but it is really packed. We were surprised by the sheer amount of people there. The beaches are packed to the square inch, on our last night we circled all the restaurants for an hour to find an empty table. Off season seems to be a better choice there ..

Lovely place, very clean, great breakfast, all staff was more than nice and helpful, big bathrooms and very comfy beds. Parkin in the back, which is necessary in Baska Voda. We had a very nice stay.

The warmth of the owner Petar and his staff is felt from the moment you arrive at the facility. We have received a personal attention during our stay and all our questions were addressed with outmost kindness and care. Excellent breakfast, cozy and clean and in a nice location with only minutes of walk to the nearby beaches. Next to probably best restaurant in town (King's Restaurant) which you should not miss.

the pillow is too big, we could not use it. The table is very instable in the room.

Owner and kithcen ladies are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is high quality, could be more various. There is bigger a fridge in the room.

A full length mirror in the room would be the only piece of constructive info I could give. Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing time at Villa Baska. Peter and his family went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. From ironing our clothes before a night out in the evening to making fresh crepes at breakfast time. The location is great, the place is newly renovated to a high standard whilst maintaining the traditional feel and the family were so so welcoming and helpful. Their recommendations and assistance with reservations for dinner were spot on and we had the best meal of our holiday thanks to them. We can’t wait to come back. Baska Voda is stunning. Nothing! Being located so close to the seafront, a little noise from nearby restaurants is unavoidable, but not something that bothered us.

Spacious and immaculately furnished room, quiet and efficient AC, great location, lovely breakfast, and owner and staff that make you feel at home and are always happy to help.

During having a shower the whole bathroom floor got wet, a threshold between shower and rest of the bathroom would be a nice addition.

We loved everything, we can not say a bad word for nothing 🙈

We choose the Villa Basca for our accomodation to honey moon. That was our first visit in Croatia. The villa is clean, friendly and it’s very closed to the beach. The staff are amaising, they are trying to help you in everything and they pay a lot of attention for the details too ( we went to honey moon and they waited us with a bottle of traditional vine) We really hope that we can come back, i recommend the villa with the biggest love!

Our staying in Villa Basca was perfect, from the cheak-in to the cheak-out. The familly who is running the hotel are the loveliest people I meet on all of my vacation so far. The hotel is new and perfect in the smallest detail. When we return to Makarska, we will defenetly stay in Villa Basca again.

We were shocked in positive way by hospitality of hotel staff. Service we got was on the highest standard with human touch which makes you feel “at home” in Vila Basca. Hotel is designed in modern way with high quality premium materials. Room was very clean and convenient. There is private parking available - this is great as finding a parking spot in Baska Voda could become a tough quest.

Very cosy and elegant hotel located in the heart of Baska Voda. Comfortable room with large, clean bathroom. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Mario). It was my best stay in Croatia so far. Would recommend Villa Basca to everyone.

First of all: Mario is a member of the staff. He is definitely the best. When you need something you can always ask him. He will always tell you to feel like home and that’s definitely what we felt like! He is a wonderful and caring guy! He even helped us with the whole corona testing procedure and was so committed. We also wanted to buy some vegetables to take it home. For him it was self-evident to come with us and get a good price for us at a fruit and vegetables stand where he knows the owner and where we could get the best vegetables. The whole accommodation is simply beautiful. The rooms are perfect! We even got an upgrade for our room. Thanks again for that! The air conditioning is very good, so you don’t have to sweat in the night (very helpful in August). Villa Basca is run by a family and the family is gorgeous! Thanks to all of them! The owner was always very nice and caring. You really feel like home when you come from dinner in the ‘city’ and can sit outside of the apartment and talk with the owners about everything and nothing. We really enjoyed that. We almost felt like part of the family. We can just say: STAY AS YOU ARE! You’re all gorgeous. We wish you the best for the future. Love, Lara&Kevin

Villa Basca was the most incredible experience. Communication, attention to detail, immaculate accomodation, pristine inside and out, breakfast superb and the staff and owners were second to none.
