If you are looking for a quiet getaway with outdoor spaces for relaxing and spending time with others, Bear's Log will exceed your expectations. This is one of the best accommodations I have ever booked. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and Dragana was such a thoughtful host. We didn't want to leave. We wished we had booked for more than two nights.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at BeaR's LOG. Dragana was a lovely host who welcomed us upon our arrival and showed us the cabin and how to use all the relevant amenities - We even received home-made sandwiches that Dragana had made which was so lovely :) The location was awesome - Close to Plitvice Lakes which was the main purpose of our stay. Highly recommend!!

This place is absolutely amazing! House is just wonderfull and offers all amenities that a family needs. Dragana is an exeptional host and welcomed us with fresh sandwiches made of home grown ingridients. This was our first stay here but we will absolutely be coming back again.

Everything was amazing: warm welcome by Dragana, beauty of the house and surroundings, very cozy place with everything a family or a group of friends need such as barbecue, jacuzzi, playground, all rooms fully equipped, kitchen and living room well designed and comfortable. Absolutely nothing at all - everything was perfect.

The welcome from Dragana walking us through the log cabin and the refreshments on arrival were most unexpected and very much appreciated. It is hard to beat the location - barely a 10 minute drive from entrance 1 to the national park but well enough away from the main highway so you don’t hear any traffic. After we arrived, the kids just wanted to spend the day at the cabin which says it all.

This accommodation I would recommend to everyone. The host is really kind and helpful, fulfilled all my request. The equipment is wonderful, we used the fireplace and the hot-tub. It is not enough to stay for one night.

I've seen many mouse houses in my life, but not so special :) And the owner built the house himself! The house is located on the hillside in a place that can rightly be called a retreat. When we (me and my husband) arrived, the jacuzzi was already waiting for us, so there was nothing to do but to take a dip in the warm water and relax under the starry sky in complete silence breathing in the scents of hay and flowers. The owner, Dragana, was extremely friendly. She prepared us a cheese-tomato-olive plate, fruits, juice and local fruit brandy ready on the table for us. She gave us this same brandy produced by her and her family in a small beautiful gift bottle when we were leaving. I would say, I didn't want to leave :) This building and this place is worth seeing if you're going to visit Plitvica Park!

There is nothing not to like about this house and it’s location…it was simply perfect!

The hosts are simply fabulous, just like the house. There are no words that can express how kind and attentive they were during our stay. They responded quickly and were always there if we needed anything, which we didn’t, because the house had everything we needed. Close to markets, restaurants, and Plitvica! The hoes and it’s surroundings were very clean and well maintained. Will tell everyone I know to come stay here!!!

It was a great home, close to wonderful attractions. It was peaceful and had magnificent views of the countryside. I only spent a day, but my wife and I could have easily spent a week as it is such a beautiful place in a magnificent region of Croatia

Lots of bugs and wasps and things - could use a bug zapper or something similar as there were many. Also very low ceilings in the bathrooms which would be a great challenge for anyone tall.

Dragana was extremely helpful and added lots of little extras and was very accomodating when we were awkward with timings!

All was perfect!!

The cabin was so beautiful and modern inside. It was so clean and it was well equipped. They even had slippers and robes. The hot tub was perfect and my kids enjoyed playing soccer outside. The host was very friendly and gave us some cheese and liquor and also some parting gifts.
