The exterior of the hotel is very ugly. 1980s style blue glass and chrome. If I hadn't already paid for the hotel I might have told the taxi to keep driving. All is well however, once you enter. It has had a very tasteful, modern refurbishment, and when you see the views, you almost forget about the blue glass

The hotel is in a very special location with magnificent views. The private/public beach is good fun. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The dining/bar options are faultless. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional.

The loccation was perfect, outside the old city so it’s more private and not so busy, but only a 20 minute walk to get there. Great breakfast buffets!

Somewhat of a walk from the Old City. However, this was not a big deal.

The room was very comfortable and high quality. I was able to open the patio door at night and let the sea breeze waft in and cool my room. I was able to look out from my balcony at the sea and beaches below.

The umbrellas at the beach are not high quality and were constantly losing their shape at the slightest wind.

It seems like quibbling to point out any deficiencies after such a fantastic experience. I only things which did not seem quite up to the same standard were the beach cafe which seemed a bit ordinary compared with the rest of the hotel, and not having the choice of any streaming services in the room, other than a small selection of expensive films. Seemed a bit old fashioned when everywhere else we stayed had Netflix and other services available.

Room was extremely relaxing. Bed really comfortable and super king size. Lovely balcony and did not feel overlooked. We had dinner at the Vapor restaurant sitting on the terrace overlooking sea while the sun set - great food and one of the most spectacular dining locations I have ever experienced. We were back in the same spot for breakfast which was fabulous, huge selection of really fresh food. All the staff were really attentive and helpful, and very friendly.

Staff were incredible - so attentive and fun. Everything about the hotel was perfect including the view. I'd totally recommend anyone to stay there and will be going back ourselves

I really have no complaints; the restaurant was even able to accommodate us for dinner one evening on very short notice and when they were fully booked!

- Opening hours of the gym and pool were a little on the late side (8am)

- Service was impeccable - Fantastic food options including the extensive buffet breakfast, cafe, beach restaurant and the incredible Vapor which exceeded expectations. The degustation menu is worth it and takes you on a culinary journey. - Wait staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive throughout - The maid service was so efficient. The room always felt clean and was always made up either after we had returned from breakfast or from a day exploring the old town or spent beachside - The views were stunning, I've never stayed at such an exclusively positioned hotel before which made for a unique experience - The beach is beautiful and with lift access you can either spend time on the pebbles/sand, on the sun loungers or eating/drinking at the restaurant perfectly positioned there - Pool and spa facilities were exquisite, we had a great massage and facial during our stay

Beautifully decorated and welcoming staff. Location is excellent. Beach is fantastic. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Cooked breakfast prepared to order with gluten and dairy free options.

Everything was perfect!

Very lovely, cozy and modern hotel. Near city center, 10-15 min to walk to, with private beach and all SPA facilities - everything you could wish for! Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was really good, compliments to the kitchen. Staff were very helpful keeping room clean and tidy.
