Great value for money

All in all not a single thing negative to point out.

Great variety of food and drinks available at every meal (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner), and throughout the day. The staff was very polite and informative and always strived to help at any request. The room was clean and modern (we even got a free upgrade to a bigger one than booked which was great!) and had all the necessary facilities. Many activities were available, from renting bikes to tennis courts, pool aerobics and many more! The beach was so close to the hotel that you could grab a drink, take a couple of steps and be on the sea already. All in all an amazing experience!

People was reserving sunbeds with towels all day long, although I understood that it was against the rules. Very annoyed about that! Staff should do something about it. Same with food, "don't take food or drinks outside of the restaurant" and people walks by hands full... Although it's all inclusive, there should be water bottles in rooms. Needed to take meds early in the morning and before going to sleep and carrying water in classes to the farthest building from pool bar wasn't very pleasant.

Every place was clean and staff was very friendly. Food was good and if something was running out, staff brought more very quickly. We just loved the place, it was our first time but I hope not the last! Private parking was also positive thing, no need to be worried about the car. Very beautiful places around hotel, the beach and beach boulevard were so nice 👍

It was a bit loud in the Cafeteria because it is one big room with only little sound dampening

The Beach was very nice and the food was quite varied with options for vegeterians. Also everyone at the Reception was very nice.

during lunch the staff takes(puts away) plates before the meal was finished. the water is extremely cold, which is the reason we all have sore throat. breakfast is not appropriate for small child, especially those alergic to eggs. Amarant would be nice option to have so we can mix it with yogurt.

Little bit problematic to find parking directly at the hotel- still there is backup parking place cca 300m nearby. The apartment (although very nice) could have more shelves or tables to place various belongings that we brought.

There were clothes dryer mising in the rooms… Some equipment of the hotel should be repaired (children playground e.g.) esp. in the begining of season…

Breakfast was good. For lunch and dinner one should carefully choose food that is fresh for that day and hasn't been on the menu on the previous day.

Clean, friendly staff, great pool & pool bar. Location's at the end of town, and therefore it's less crowded on the beach. Rooms were clean and nicely laid out.

Not suitable for baby strollers or invalid people, not ramps anywhere and elevators are so small, stroller barely fit with only one person.

The internet connection was really poor, even when the hotel emptied it would still be stuck and bad. Also the walls are rather thin you can hear basic conversations from the other rooms.

Amazing food, great staff, the rooms are very clean and it seems like they were recently redone. I will be visiting again.

I really think after years of comming there, they need to figure out way to heat outside pool. Its pretty much useless outside July/August
