How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Ok so this is more my problem. For me the bed was too hard. For my boyfriend it was good.
Very friendly staff! Very nice breakfast ( they had for me vegan milk and glutenfree bread!) . And love to be able to eat plenty of fruit and nuts, chia pudding! 🤤 View

A little out of the main town - a short 10 mins walk from the harbour. It’s a little steep to walk to the property but manageable and gives you an amazing sea view from being slightly Up the hill
The staff were so friendly and accommodating - they couldn’t have been more helpful. The facilities are wonderful - the gym and pool were great additions. Breakfast is lovely - offering a great variety to suit all tastes. Lovely clean rooms also

The sauna is too cold. The problem that it does not even reach 60 there because the thermostat is installed direct over the heating.
Personal on the top! Always can help you and advice sth, or whatever!

everything was perfect
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Bol. The breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommend—best hotel in Bol, hands down! Much love and respect to the amazing team!

Maybe some would prefer closer to the centre of town but for us we enjoyed the morning walk and views from slightly higher up
Just a simply lovely boutique hotel. Rooms cleanliness and service top notch. The quality of breakfast and service was amazing. Above expectations

The room was a little bit small, but this is expected at that price... Also, its very normal for Bol, which is i tiny place with very little space for large hotel rooms.
One of the best hotels I ever stayed at (and I stayed at plenty). The breakfast was amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and forthcoming. The rooms are a bit unusual but that makes it also very nice.

The location, cleanliness, and facilities were amazing. Really good value for money, and the breakfast was exceptional as well. I would like to specifically point out how helpful and friendly Mimi was at the front desk. She helped us with any questions we had. Excellent customer service!

The living room was a bit small but had a nice outdoor balcony which was nice.

Location: 5min walk down to the main promenade where there are cute shops, restaurants and pakara's. 5min drive to Zlatini Rat (parking 5e/hour or 15e/day - cash only to pkg attendant). Hotel: boutique hotel, very clean, cute Pool: we didn't get a chance to use the pool because we love the beach. It looked very clean and serene. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Michelle at the restaurant was great, super friendly, attentive and remembered our names. Front desk staff were also nice. Wifi: it wasn't the best, it was just okay. Room: was very nice and clean, well stocked with shampoo, comfortable, cute. We were upgraded to #208. It had a peekaboo view of the ocean. Parking: outside and underground. Included and easily accessible. Restaurant: breakfast buffet was included. It had a nice selection of food, something for everyone, incl if you are vegetarian. On request, the kitchen will make you any kind of eggs the way you like it, waffles and pancakes (which are more like crepes than traditional pancakes). Way beyond a traditional continental breakfast.

This hotel is a little gem. All the staff are helpful & courteous. It’s comfortable, great location & the pool is a bonus. At breakfast there is a wide selection & choice of food. Very attentive staff. Could not fault anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay…we want to return! ❤️
