Amazing location, very quiet but right in the middle of the Old Town and near to the harbour. Very friendly and attentive staff who accommodates our vegetarian and vegan dietary requirements.

The only issue was that there was no lift and a lot of stairs so it was a bit of a struggle to take up our luggage

It was a charming old building that was renovated beautifully. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also really good. They offered a variety of options.

Not much, really. The towels could use some fabric softener, the area around the bed is a bit cramped, the wifi is a bit slow, and the breakfast was missing eggs - but I am nitpicking now, since the value for money this time of year was great.

I loved this small family-run boutique hotel! The staff are the owners, so they really do care and are super helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. The breakfast was also plentiful and included.

Absolutely nothing, it was wonderful. Great place to stay and sleep and great location to explore from.

The hotel was exactly as depicted in the photos and described; it is a chic boutique hotel beautifully appointed by the owners and kept well maintained. It is spotlessly cleaned. Our room was perfect for our family of three but would easily accommodate four in comfortable full sized beds (a double and two singles).Breakfast is a great opportunity to fuel up for the day with lots of variety to appeal to anyone.

The bed was comfortable for a short stay but might be a bit too soft for many people.

Loved the location. Super close to the city centre but tucked away in a quiet courtyard. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast had many excellent choices full of fresh ingredients. Amazing for such a small boutique hotel.

In a room for 4, there was only one chair, so it meant sitting on beds. It wasn't a big deal, but if you wanted to play cards or a board game, it would be difficult.

Very clean and nice hotel, staff were very friendly and were available 24 hours a day. Hotel location is perfect, you are 5 minutes from everything you need.

The location was easy to get to. The staff were helpful with luggage and the room was quiet and clean. The hotel is near the Palace so it was within walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. The hosts were helpful with dinner recommendations. The complementary breakfast the next morning was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again.

No elevator. Sound proofing is not great. Cigarette smoke from the patio will come in from the window if kept open.

At a walking distance from the Split harbour. Modern rooms with a good floor plan. Really nice staff - we had an early flight and they prepared a really good take-away breakfast for us. Quiet and powerful AC.

If you are going by car please check about parking as the hotel is in “no access” zone. Also, travel light as you will have to drag your bags from your car to the hotel.

Located on a pedestrian walkway, so no issue with street noise. Many good restaurants in the vicinity, and close to the main area of the old town, palace, etc. No elevator, but staff extremely helpful with luggage -- up and down.
