Everything was perfect

I liked everything about this hotel. The bed was comfortable, it has a nice bathroom and the room was very clean.The hotel is situated in the Old Town and its location is great. There are nice restaurants in the square. The hotel is within walking distance from the ferry port and the bus station. I wished that I could stay longer.

there was a little buzzing noise from the usb socket in the room, but when we turned off all the electricity in the room it disappeared so this issue didn’t affect our sleep.

very good location and nice personnel. The room is on the 3rd floor with windows towards a quiet area, so it was quiet in the evening.

2 single duvets for a double bed, a bit too small to my liking. May be it works best for 2 people staying together, but 1 large would be better for solo traveller. Shower head didn't work properly. But its all nitpicking

The checkin was a little confusing as several hotels occupy the same building on different levels.

Location was great, central to everything in old town Split. It was clean and room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable, and room was very quiet.

Centrally located, close to all important sites. The horel stands prominently in the People's Square and a landmark. Our room was beautifully decorated in European style with modern amenities, clean and spacious. A big bonus was the heating rods in the bathroom which help dry our laundry. It is one of the best hotels we've stayed at, and it really enhanced our trip to Split and made it extra memorable

The only complaint is that we didn't get a room with a view of the National Square that we booked, but one with a view of the rooftops of the city. Certainly, the view was very nice, but not the one we paid for. The bed had a hole on my side and it was uncomfortable to sleep in 😂

The location is in the very heart of the old town. The room and bathroom are spacious. It's snug and warm. The staff is friendly and cultured

The lady at reception on check was not encouraging at all. She in fact said there was no point going to the viewpoint as it was slightly overcast - but we went and it was lovely. The lady on checkout was very nice and even walked us to our lock up garage to collect the remote from us on departure as she could not reach the gentleman who usually does it, and was very friendly and helpful on other places to visit in Croatia.

The only downside is the parking is a bit of a walk with your luggage - there are a few points a little closer to drop off with one person to lessen the walk on the stone streets.

Super central location in Old Town Split! The staff was super accommodating and helpful, the rooms were nice and spacious, and it was comfortable!

Superb location in the very city centre. Rooms are luxurious, comfortable and clean. I have stayed here twice, the second time I was lucky to get premium room (no extra cost) which was very spacious and had a wonderful view. Highly recommended!

The people downstairs walked and was very noisy. You can hear people in the room below walking non stop.
