Much too crowded. Small restaurant compared to the size and number of rooms. Hotel is gigantic and there is a lot of people. If you want peaceful vacation definitely not the place to be.

Some of the employees a the reception don't speak speak english well Utilities outside rooms are old, sometimes dirty (carpets) and broken (seats). Hotel is big, for novice it's like a maze. There isn't single map or leaflet. Sometimes it's hard to find your room. Rooms are really small and heaten up There aren't signs where you can park your car and where you cannot, so cars are everywhere All exits are constantly open Many people outside hotel comes everyday and uses hotel facilities for free (meals, beaches, parking, pool).

Breakfast and dinner are delightful, there is great choice of meals Aquapark is perfect for children Beach is wide and you can choose betveen concreat plateu, rocks or gravel There is enough pine trees, toilets, benches and showers Prices in hotel are inexpensive Rooms are small, but well organized There are also single rooms

Did not have air conditioning in the hotel, just the lobby, should be updated a little more.

Close to the water. Allow small dogs . If you look not to spend much money , and have some fun with the loved ones is great.

We had half board, but as I heard there can be 2000 guests and not enough staff which means at breakfast and dinner they don’t have enough time to clean tables and you might have a hard time to find clean tables! Rooms and bathrooms are very tiny, common areas could use a new carpet and some renovations!

The shows, singers and gymnasts were amazing, animator team and day program is great! Huge facility with private beach access, several pools, gaming room and very family friendly.

The experience while going for a breakfast or dinner, to look for a table where we could sit (5 of us) was not very pleasant. Waitresses did not have a little smile on there faces

It was nice to see that the room, bathroom was clean and furniture was in good condition. We could play cards in the bar while drinking our coffee or not.

We knew about missing AC but in such a small room, on the last floor is going to be very stuffy fast. You need to bring a vent with you. But there is only one power socket in the room so take also extension cord with additional sockets. Depending from where you get the room - which building - it can be too far from the Router then you miss the internet connection. But on the beach you have a connection.

See view from last floor compensates other inconveniences. Enough parking places. A lot attractions for kids.

- There could be coffee machines for breakfast (not just filter coffee) - Wi-fi and air conditioning are missing in the rooms. - By the pool, it would be great to have some more deckchairs.

The location of the hotel is close to the sea, the staff at the reception and housekeeping are very friendly. Above all, I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room.

One pillow only for each bed. No air conditioning in the rooms. No wifi connetion in the rooms. Long queueing at the dinner in the restaurant. Sweet bakery range very limited at the breakfast in the morning, butter croissants only. Pool for adults with see water.
