You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomReally lovely simple property, right in the heart of the Old Town, 1 minute from the sea! You are right by all the restaurants and attractions here, but it is also very quiet and calm. We had such a lovely 4 night stay here! The staff were amazing, especially Ella on the front desk who was very accommodating and just so nice! Ana who helped us arrange our stay was also fab. It has all the simple amenities you’d need for an easy stay! The room was lovely and clean. They had options on the TV for Netflix and Disney plus. Comfortable bed, nice spacious and clean shower room. They made up our room every day. Ignore the bad reviews seen before, it’s just a simple quaint place! I think it’s best as just a lovely room for the nights rather than a resort like hotel (with all the extras). We didn’t get breakfast but if you did want breakfast, like a cooked breakfast - I would go out as the old town has a lot to offer! They do only take cash or bank transfer. We were hesitant before our stay, but we paid in cash and everything was completely fine! Once again, lovely staff, fantastic location, clean and pretty!

IrelandThere was confusion over the method of payment for the accommodation. An email from the hotel a few days before arrival told me I would have to pay in cash. This was not the case, but I had brought the amount in cash. I thought the decor too fussy.

Beautiful hotel in amazing location. 10 minute walk to old town and across the street from marina meeting point for boat tours. Parking is expensive in the private garage but possible to park on street for free - a 5 minute walk up the hill from hotel.

BelgiumThe first 4 star hotel in twenty years of travelling that did not accept card payments. This I believe is one of the requirements for being a 4 star hotel. The lift only went halfway up, and not all the way to the floor our room was located on. We ended up carrying up suitcases two flight of stairs. The room was rather small.
It was clean and close to the historical centre. Nice and polite staff. The lady who did the check-in was particularly nice and answered all our questions.

United StatesBreakfast is expensive at E15 per person if you don't prepay. Breakfast is cold meats, eggs, fruit, cereal, and pastries. Limited options if you're vegetarian/vegan. Be careful of asking the hotel to arrange transport to and from the airport - it's very expensive if you do! It also seems that you get different prices depending on which staff member takes the booking. We booked with Ana, the manager, and it was E95 for two people each way to/from the airport. A fellow traveler booked with one of the ladies at the front desk and only paid E50 for two people. She failed to respond when we asked the manager about the price differential. The car that picked us up told us they were an Uber, and they would have charged us E40 rather than E95. So be aware that you can get transport much cheaper by organizing it yourself. The bus, incidentally, is E7 each way to/from the airport!
The two young ladies working at the reception desk were incredibly pleasant. The hotel has a small but nice roof-top terrace - ideal for catching sunset and sunrise. Wifi was good, rooms were very clean. Eclectic decor.
