We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe rooms and building doors open with a magnetic card that simply stoped working and had to go to reception (in different building) to get it fixed. These cards are not to be close to phones as they loose the magnetic, but that is just impossible as a turist and a really poor system.
Location is great, super central yet outside of the most turistic part in quieter and more local streets. Bed was super comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was superb.

South Koreathe only thing is b/c they're located in the old city, streets are tiny and parking is very tough, or non-existent. the staff directed me to a lot nearby but upon arrival, it was full with no sign of anyone leaving. when I called, the staff told me to wait for leavers but I was exhausted after a long drive and didn't want to wait. so I looked for and found street parking nearby and didn't bother logging my huge suitcase all the way. just brought what I needed for that night and got lucky w free parking instead. it would be good if they could secure parking for those cars like their partnership w neighboring hotel for breakfast, maybe give option of buying a parking space in a nearby hotel instead of having guests look for parking by themselves. that would be a helpful service.
loved the room that was clean and they upgraded me to a room with a balcony so that was a nice treat. the bed was comfortable and I loved the sustainable details throughout. staff was friendly and always welcoming. breakfast was very good, a nice change from the usual ham, cheese and eggs that I like but after a few days, you start craving avocado toast, which is what they offered w some acai, which hit the spot for some healthy stuff. also, the view from the breakfast spot (a hotel nearby they partner with until they offer their own breakfasts), is an ocean view that's just fantastic. service was friendly and I ordered sparkling water that he said he would need to charge me for but the server ended up saying don't worry about it so that was a nice gesture. the hotel was very conveniently located near the palace and other restaurants and shops, and the waterfront! I would recommend this place to anyone.

SingaporeNot much… only the space in the shower and sink in the upstairs toilet is quite small so water does get splashed about unavoidably. We come from a shoe free home so would have appreciated a more thorough vacuum/mop of the floor occasionally during our week’s stay.
The staff at Divota were very friendly and responsive to all enquiries and requests for help during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and all help with restaurant reservations followed up promptly. The apartment was spacious and having 2 levels allowed the grandparents some quite space away from the hubbub. The kitchenette equipped with dishwasher was much appreciated for cups and glasses though we did not cook. Nespresso capsules and teabags were plentifully supplied. 1 of the terraces is a lovely sun trap to sit in for coffee in the morning and the bigger shaded terrace is a great spot for afternoon tea break after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a fun way to relax. Very quiet side street yet literally minutes away from everything in the old city.
