Our suite was amazing, exploring Dubrovnik off season is great! As it was January spa area was almoast empty, we were swimming in the pool all alone! Breakfast is very good and staff was super polite!

I was calling the hotel phone for 1 hrs no answer When I went downstairs the staff were all standing there the phone was just ringing. I was surprised and expressed my concern. The lady in the kitchen talking order for room service was extremely rude . I did express my concerns . It was not addressed. It is a shame because the hotel is beautiful. The staff needs to be trained to be approachable and kind . In a 5 star hotel it is a great disappointment.

We went there for a New Years' weekend, so it was really crowded - meaning amenities such as saunas or the indoor pool were difficult to get to and use. Also please have coffee machines at breakfast - it would be easier and quicker for everyone to get coffee, and the staff would not be stressed out :)

The views, cleanliness, politeness of the staff and the architecture and interior design of the hotel. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, and the bus is often there, so it is easy to get to the center. Also, a really nice walking trail starts just next to the hotel - we really enjoyed it.

I think that the only thing that I did not like it is not about the hotel. The city did not provide many options to eat out nearby the hotel and we had to get to the old town to have a good meal. The hotel had a restaurant but we wanted variety since we stayed for more than 3 days.

The hotel staff provided excellent service and very helpful answering questions to include providing options to our needs. The location of the hotel was the best and having a public bus that its stop was in front of the hotel and took you to the west gate of the old town was spectacular. The breakfast has a great selection and delicious food. The room with a wonderful view was spacious and very well maintained. The lobby and grounds were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and not only will stay again in the future but also will recommend to friends and families.

The SPA was not working, and the food was very average; there was a bit of lack of attention to detail everywhere

I couldn't figure out if it was a business hotel or a resort? The hotel has its own beach, pool, bar and spa, yet there was some sort of business conference going on during my stay and the atmosphere was more business, resort-like. Even felt a little awkward taking the elevator up with people in business suits while I was walking from the pool in swim trunks. But other than that, everything else was great

All in all, it's great, but overpriced like everything in Dubrovnik

Perfect suit with stunning sunset view. Fantastic breakfast. Near to fancy Lapad district. Bus stop right in front hotel entrance! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Gym is poorly equipped for a five star hotel. Only four non-cardio machines included (3x legs, 1x back). Nowhere to do hanging exercises and also no mirror.

Would have been nice to get a few more friendly smiles in the morning. Came down later one morning and all the pulp in the juices had started to settle. Would have been a simple fix that just needed a little effort.

Breakfast was ok, better if they had kept the hot food hot.
