Could have had free water for the evening meal. Gym needs a cross training machine as too many leg machines. Could do with a free bus to get to the town. I’m our room there 2 single beds put together to make a double but they need to be tied together as they make a gap between the beds.

I hope you can provide one or two free bottles of mineral water in the room instead of using the mini bar. Although tap water may be drinkable, I honestly don’t trust it.

Spacious and clean room, definitely worth it's value. Quiet location but well staffed. The service is excellent and the environment is safe. It's not far from the old town, you can even walk in 30 minutes. Good breakfast and excellent sightseeing environment. Its price is definitely worth it.

Very spacious room with sitting area & two bathrooms! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was perched on the end of Lapad headland with stunning sea views but easy to get to the old city by bus that ran every 20 mins from the hotel.

Air conditioning in the non-vip rooms was not effective.

Service was exceptional, we had an issue with the air-conditioning and they resolved it with a room upgrade that was incredible.

Outdoor facilities were closed due to the weather but there was nothing else that disappointed us at all.

Firstly, the view from our room was just perfect as we could see and hear the magnificent sea and its waves gently caressing the rocks in the salty, cool breeze. Additionally, the breakfast was extraordinary with a variety of delectable choices from meats to eggs to pancakes to pastries. It truly was heavenly. Our room was immense and included two, sleek bathrooms, a comfy sofa bed and a double bed as well and the bright, spacious balcony was just the cherry on top. The staff were extremely hospitable and friendly which was very helpful and they really did care about how satisfied and comfortable their customers were.

It was a shame the main outdoor wasn’t open but I think we just missed that by 2 days. The reception level bar could do with more music later in the evening.

The room was magnificent, and it was smelling really nice. The views from the room were amazing. The staff was very friendly they even took us pictures though we took ages to get ready. The Spa facilities were very good. The hotel has a convenient room which you can use after you check out. The location of the hotel is very convenient as its just a few steps from the bus stop where we get buses to town, its also very close to the beach.

Only issue we had was closing the sliding door between the bedroom and sofa area in our suite. It seemed to be stuck on the carpet or a wheel had dislodged on the rail as it wouldn’t move at all.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!! 10/10 We visited as a birthday treat for my wife. As soon as we got to the hotel, we were amazed by the cleanliness, the amazing coastal view and the impeccable welcome by hotel staff. We were upgraded to a suite, free of charge - and had a birthday cake waiting which was a lovely gesture. We loved our room, which was modern, nicely decorated and had a real feel of elegance to it. The sea view was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfy and the bathtub was a great extra. Breakfast was very good, while the indoor spa facilities were also very good. It did get busy and we didn’t get a lounger - but that didn’t stop us using the pool and hot tub which were both plenty big enough. The bar area is a great size and it was nice to sit and listen to the very talented piano player before bed. All staff were so friendly and accommodating - nothing was an issue when we had to make a request. The number 4 bus also starts at the hotel and ends in the old town so it’s very conveniently located, short and easy to use. You can get return tickets from the souvenir shop in reception. Lapad is a short walk down the hill with a number of bars and restaurants - the cave bar was unique at the Hotel More. We stayed for four days so only walked down into the local area a few times but it was pleasant. All in all, a brilliant trip and would absolutely return.

terrible beds swimming pool had band-aids floating at the bottom for 3 days in a row windows would benefit from deep cleaning session buffets are really not great : lots of choice for breakfast but food is very low quality and sometimes poorly prepared (for example pancakes either stale or stale+undercooked) food for dinner is not great quality either + lukewarm at best

The variety of dinner is below the standard of 5 star hotels. We went to dinner before 9pm. The main food Calamari and a local desert were already gone and they cannot top up. While The dinner finishes at 10:30. The room facility of the toilet is not very good. The tap keep spraying out the water horizontally when it’s used. Not a big deal but not very convenient.

The location facing the sea is amazing! The outside pool view is beautiful. The value for money during April is superb. Staff are good. I especially appreciate the breakfast and buffet restaurant staff Zarena.
