Would be good if there were fly screens on windows. At the time of our visit the thermostat wasn’t working so it was quite hot in our rooms and it was difficult to keep windows open because some mosquitoes would come into the room.

The hotel was beautifully presented and we enjoyed the history of the building. It was clean and very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The gardens outside were also well kept and lovely trees.

Bath tub looked very glamorous but in fact it was very uncomfortable to sit and lay in it.

We stayed with two kids. It is wonderful property, we had large room with two big beds and extra bed for kid. In room there was bathtub so kids were having bath and watching cartoons. Breakfast was nice. There is big garden in front and back of castle.

Everything about this place is incredible. Rooms are clean and cozy, bathroom is spacious, but the best thing is the garden, and of course the castle itself. History of this place is very interesting and it's beautiful place to spend your stay.

We took the Premium room with the bathtub. Rom is beautiful, spacious, clean and tidy, one of the nicest we've stayed in! In general, everything was wonderful, we enjoyed reading books in the garden, and everything is very peaceful and quiet. Value for money is even more than 'there', top ten! The only small complaint - pay more attention to the breakfast (add to the selection of cheeses etc. It didn't bother us personally and we were satisfied, but it could affect the ratings of the accommodation in the future by the ratings of other guests, so just a little well-intentioned advice!

The high-tech window system (VELUX) is a bit hard to understand at first (it works with a remote control), need a bit of training :) My window blinders automatically opened at 6:00 am in the morning... The breakfast was good but a few extra fruits (banana, etc.) would be appreciated. However, there was watermelon one morning (good). I had twin beds (despite asking for a double bed before), but it was totally all right for me. There was an electriciy power cut one morning and no hot water (for a few days) but it was absolutely not the mistake of the hotel, and offered to refund one part, so no problem.

Lot of good things : nice location (quiet place), decent size room, nice and very professional staff, very fast check-in and check-out, good bar to relax and have a business meeting (even have table outside). The place has some history (really interesting). I forgot some of my belongings in the room, they offered to send them by post asap (very appreciated), and offered a discount because there was an issue (not their fault) with the hot water (shower). Overall, a very good place to stay for a couple of days. There's a restaurant just next which is super convenient and a park to walk around.

Great renovation, they just need to keep it well maintened. Staff needs more training for a object like this, but it would come with more expirience.

There is not much to do in Suhopolje so having a car (or similar) at your disposal is higly recommended.

There was a humidity / condensation problem inside the bathroom(s). We (a group of 8) had 4 different rooms and at least 2 of them (maybe 3) had the same problem, that there was a dripping wet floor and radiator (bathroom) in the morning. Breakfast is ok/good, but there is room for improvement. Variety of hot drinks, food, fresh fruits, juices, ... Nothing to blaim the hotel, but there were moskitos everywhere. No fun to stay outside for one minute.

Very nice rooms, very comfortable beds. Really nice hotel bar! The restaurant in the city connected to the hotel is very very good. 5 stars, go there!

At night there were a spider in the room, I have a lot of afraid of it! the staff was very careful and came in to the room with a vacuum and took away the spider! I understand that this can happen as the property has a lot of trees around, but as I have special fear of spiders it made me very uncomfortable!

Heating in the room dried up the air so a humidifier would have been nice to add :)
