I'm struggling to answer this as everything was perfect, the only thing i would say is it would have been nice to have a bar a little bit closer

Maybe an extra room for the luggage or at least a little bar where I could have drunk a coffee. A few plugs to charge your phone while waiting for your room to be ready would be nice too.

There is no coffee machine, just instant coffee (decent) and a kettle but you can ask the kitchen for coffee.

The room (406) was very spacious and modern with a very large balcony with a super view of the marina, some islands and the sea. It was a great spot for enjoying a glass of wine after dark watching ships come and go. There was lots of wardrobe space and the bathroom too was a good size. The young reception staff were all very welcoming, friendly and professional. Most of our dealings were with Nina who was very helpful and friendly. It's nice to see young people who are very good at their job. There are a number of restaurants nearby including Movi & Nevera. There's a Studenac supermarket and a really good Spar and a choice of beaches, plus the Marina area is nice for walking. There are buses to the city nearby - we chose to walk, which takes about 20 minutes.

The room was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, good facilities, modern, comfortable. The pool had sun all day and always had space to lie out. The staff were helpful and gave great recommendations and helped to book tours and taxis. The walk along the coast from the hotel to the old town was lovely

This place smells increíble. That was my first impression. Then went to my room and it didn’t disappoint. Excellent materials, beautiful view, large balcony.

The pool is quite small but we didn't feel a need to use it. Not enough snacks on offer to go with the delicious wine.

Lovely room and comfortable bed. Great view of the sea. The welcome bottle of Croatian fizz was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They cleaned out room every day. The bathroom was lovely. The poolside area was relaxing. It was a bit of town but we enjoyed the walk and taxis are easy + you have a great pizza place nearby and can stop of at some bars on the way to the old town if walking. The staff also let our local friend and his two children come and visit us. Great value and comfort and we would stay here again if in Split.

The parking was available but quite tight. Also, as I mentioned, the rate for breakfast was high, I think there were other options where it might have been included.

The place was large and squeaky clean. We had a full suite with a kitchen, though we didn't end up using it. The pool was small but quite scenic. Breakfast was quite good, but I was disappointed that we ended up paying 17E each for it. The location was near restaurants and both Firule and Bacvice beaches, and within walking distance (albeit a long distance) from the old town.

Quite a long walk into the centre of Split, but we did it several times a day.

Excellent breakfast, it seemed expensive when we booked so didn’t include it but we tried it on the first day and it was really good we had it every day. Lots of choice and it was continually replenished and the lady doing the breakfast was lovely. We arrived early due to an early flight but were allowed our room straight away, at 1100. Long walk into Split, about 20 minutes, but a few really nice restaurants close by to suit all tastes.

Excellent hotel, lovely room and pool area for relaxation. A long walk or taxi ride to the Riva waterfront but plenty of options for food locally if you just fancy a stroll.

We liked everything

Size of the room and quality of the fittings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Onsite parking felt very secure. The area around the hotel is quiet. Good outside pool deck. 10 minute walk to local marina and beach.

30 min walk to old town, but plenty of Ubers around.

Only comment is the walls aren’t insulated properly so you can hear noise from the other rooms easily.
