- Nothing to complain! - Just be aware that the beach area below the hotel is currently undergoing some construction. So either there can be some construction noises and/or it could be a bit crowded in the main season.

This is a small boutique hotel like 30/40 mins walking on a lovey promenade outside of the Split old-town (or 4€ by Uber/Bolt): - Very friendly! Staff is always there if you need something. - Very clean rooms. Efficient housekeeping. - Simple but cozy nice room with sea-view. - Lovely breakfast, you can choose an egg-specialty that they will prepare fresh for you. - Quiet area outside of the main town with direct access to the beach (either from the parking of the hotel or through a small park).

Comfortable and modern rooms, very friendly staff. The owners care a lot about hygiene and the housekeeping had even sealed the toilet and wrapped the bathroom utensils in a protective sheet upon my arrival to show that these had been disinfected. The location is directly at the beachfront, from where the old town can be reached by walking along the beach for about 20-30 minutes (or by public transport). The staff will happily prepare eggs for you at breakfast in the way you prefer, which was a nice surprise :)

The property itself was great but the beach was rocky (as expected but other research said sandy beach), and surrounding restaurants do not have high chairs.

BEAUTIFUL view from our balcony, hotel was clean and staff was super welcoming and accommodating. The Glovo app was perfect for delivering quick meals.

This is a hidden gem in Split :) Amazing view from the rooms, good location, very clean (daily services), good breakfast - this is something you can expect from the pictures and other comments. However after our visit we believe that there's something even better than the view from the room and all that - the staff running the hotel 😊 Very kind, helpful and good to talk to. We're especially thankful to the lady who welcomed us at the reception and gave us a lot of useful tips, we really felt taken care of and it was a real pleasure to talk with you every day. The hotel is about 30-40 minut from centre and old town by walk, but the biggest plus - from the hotel is a stairs directly to the sea ang you can go to the centre along the coast. Breakfasts are modest but varied and everyone will be full :). Staff is really perfect, I appreciate the individual approach, advices and tips. If you aren't afraid to walk, this is the perfect place in Split.

The furniture is quite old and basic. Unfortunately there aren't many cafes of restaurants within walking distance so the Uber charges added up.

I Couldn't say enough about the view and hearing the sea through the window at night. The shower. You'd be surprised how important this becomes on long journeys. The breakfast was solid. The people were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

Nice modern hotel right on the beach. Great view over the sea, spotted some dolphins in the morning sunrise. The bed was extra comfortable, the shower is XL just the way we like it, staff are very nice and helpful, breakfast was plentiful, nice parking lot, etc… All in all it is a great place.

There is not much to complain about really. Everything was perfect and I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. Maybe the only negative thing is the location as you would need to walk a a little bit to reach the nearest main street with shops and so on, but you get a nice location to stay in which is peaceful.

Location was outstanding, just some stairs to reach the beach. Nice facilities and rooms, parking spaces available. Breakfast was also cooked fresh every morning and we could not have been happier with the overall service received. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect, enough space, very clean, very good breakfast. The reception was very good, the receptionist helped us on how to get to the old town at a very cheap price by taxi. The parking lot was secured, the view from the sea side was very good.

Excellent location, super-friendly staff. It takes only 1 minute to get to the beach, center of the Split is 10 minutes away (by car). The place is very clean and staff are very friendly. Very much recommended!
