EVERYTHING! The staff is amazing! They will help you and recommend restaurants, Uber, and where to go! The location is amazing! Balconies facing the Adriatic sea and only 5 min. walk to the beach. The room was so clean. She gave us fresh towels every day! First hotel to use scented frabic softener. Usually, the towels smell like bleach. The breakfast was amazing! And lots of parking at the back! We will definitely be back again! Highly recommend this place.

The location might not be the best for people travel with public transportation, but we didn't mind the walk up the hill or along the beach from the city center at all.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, it might seem a bit far from the old town on the map, but is actually very close to the beach, it even has a private path which will take you straight to the beach in 2 minutes. Our room doesn't have a full ocean view, however we still enjoyed the stay so much because of the nice and spacious room, wonderful location and the receptionists were all very helpful. Breakfast was a plus point too.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel and the stairs at the back straight to the beach are a big bonus! Breakfast was very good especially the omlette the gentle man and the cute girl prepared for us! Room was spic and span, quite spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Highly recommended - I would go there again. Modern, functional rooms in nice colours with a view right onto the sea. Very friendly staff. The owner is very helpful and responsive to requests (e.g. early breakfast before a day trip). Shower has immediate hot water. Breakfast is good, sweet and savoury with bread rolls, fresh fruit, musli, eggs. It is outside the city center. You can walk into the city in about 45 minutes along the beaches or take a bus or Uber. It has good Wifi and the aircon can be helpful depending on the weather.

Location is beachfront, but quiet in the evening so you can sleep like a baby. There's free parking for guests (4 cars in the garage and 5 out). The staff is super friendly. We were here for the second time, will come back when in Split again for sure.

The hotel feels very clean, fresh and new, and the owner Domagoj is so very welcoming and friendly, it's been a real pleasure to stay. The air conditioning was quiet and very effective. The bed was very comfortable, it's on the firm side which I like very much. The room was very modern and comfortable. Uber, Bolt taxis are cheap and frequent, never waited more than 2 or 3 minutes from ordering, and it's 15 minutes max into the centre of Split - avoid the crowds and stay at Elu Iris!.

Steps steps and more steps. It is the nature of croatia. With its very steep coast line but that's only me as i have s knee problem. It wouldnt stop me staying at this hotel

Everything. Shower/bed/pillows!/decor was beautiful!. Fabulous view from the balcony. The breakfast was good with lovely omelette made to order by the great guy working there. He took care of our luggage while we had a swim and them helped me set up an uber account that got us back to the bys st for 5 60!!a lot less then the guy that took us to the hitel he was touting at the station and looked for 25 euro he settled for 20.it wss only 3/4 k. Anyway thaankyou to the lovely guy working at the hotel not forgetting the lady who ran after us with our phone charger!!! We will be back!!
