Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SloveniaOnly thing that wasn't really correct were the prices of drinks in the bars and restaurant. 6€ for a 1dl glas of Malvazija wine is just too much. A 0,25l bottle of Coca Cola was 5,80€ if I recall correctly.
Really nice hotel with friedly staff and great aminities! It was great that douring our stay (off season) everything in Fortis Club was free of charge!

CroatiaThere ia a metal rod for hanging towels in front of your legs when you try to wash your hands or teeth. Its very uncomfortable and for kids is impossible to wash hands/teeth without adult help.
Thia hotel is very comfy and welcoming. Activities for kids are interesting and engaging. Food is delicious. Room is spacious.

AustriaThe lack of hotel info, even digital/online info was limited, for example, looking up kids' activities or times restaurant opens. Prices for drinks were overpriced, charging us €4.70 for a 0.2l fata compared to prices in town which were €2.90. Also, a lot of the activities were overpriced too, tenpin bowling was €35 per hour.
Lovely location, with lots of pools, kids' play zones and a nice quiet beach.

United KingdomStaying half board we knew drinks would be expensive but I didn’t expect that water would not be included at meal times. At 6 euros a bottle it was more expensive than a pint of beer ! be prepared to pay 12 euros for a cocktail and soft drinks coke, Fanta etc were also 5 euro. We were averaging 50 euros for drinks with main meal. Be prepared to dig deep for drinks or bring your own. The air-con doesn’t work !! We were given the room with the most beautiful view of the coast. Corner room wall to ceiling window view. Down side is was 26 deg in the room ! Ok for getting dressed in morning but couldn’t sleep. Children has smallest room and it was like a sauna. We moved day 2. Again nice room same floor.. air con 23deg. Slightly cooler but not what u expect. After showering etc the it was so hot getting ready.
This hotel is stunning and is well thought out. Facilities for children are excellent. Our 7 & 11 yr old we’re so busy in pools, slide, kids clubs etc during the day that we hardly saw them. We were half board and the choice on offer at breakfast & evening meals meant you didn’t need lunch. I would return.
